  • Not name brand, BUT excellent durability, especially for the price!!
Pretty happy about the price for the kit w/ all the extra bit sizes, especially considering that the price for JUST 1 extra bit no matter what size is @ least $50 or more. Bought just to have & can't wait to put it to good use this spring for fencing in pasture!

  • Good Customer Service
Initially I couldn't get the engine started. I don't like the fact that the pull cord is to the left and the throttle is on the right. I'm right handed so holding the unit down with my right hand and pulling the starter cord with my left was rather uncomfortable. After contacting the seller I was able to start the engine. Maybe I'm a weakling, but with my wife holding the throttle side I was able to pull the cord with my right hand. Also the choke or "air damper" on position is not marked on the motor. Up is "on" but which side is considered up. They provided a very quick response. For the money I would recommend this auger. For now this story has a happy ending. ... show more

  • Ordered auger with bits… no bits?!
Ordered this auger with 3 different bits and we received the auger but no bits. It’s saying everything was delivered but it’s one box with no bits. Wondering how I’m supposed to use this???!! Not happy needed this for a job.

  • Not durable
The auger lasted 3 jobs for us. We don't dig in rough terrain so I think we might have got a faulty machine. Be careful

  • Great once you get it started
So love it when it’s running….but getting it started will wear you out. I try to plan 5-6 holes ahead so I don’t have to turn it off because I’ve sat for 15 a couple times and had to take breaks in between because the recoil starter is a bear to pull and get any type of rotation to start
