I bought this because I was having abdominal surgery and returning to work earlier than recommended, with weight lifting restrictions. In my job, I transport job tickets and piles of paperwork between locations. Usually I use a mail tote that I carry. I've been using this tote on wheels for a month now, many times to full capacity. I walk fast (generally 5-6 miles an hour normal pace), and I cut sharp corners and dodge forklifts on the daily. I've run this tote into doors, dropped it in the parking lot, clipped the wheels on edges, and used my foot plus the handle to lift it up and down from my door. I needed something to handle all the small stuff when I go to an expo. I can fit in my lunch and mug, my handbag, small display items. You know when you do big events like this there is always something that you put in your car at the las min. or that never fits in a tote. This was a great solution for me. Rather than making multiple trips for thing I would have to carry in by hand, I through them all in this cart and off I go. Easier to open doors without dropping things. I am an older woman and still have lots of things that need brought in from the garage before winter. Just loaded this up today. WOW... I put eight gallons of paint and wheeled it over gravel and up two stairs. It was not easy, and I think I overloaded it. However, it did not fall apart. I wasn't sure how much the paint would weigh. Now I know it weighs more than water. By spring I will remove a couple of gallons just to save it from breaking. GOOD BUY! ... show more

Stupid lid attaches to the outside when it is folded up or when you are pushing it around with only 2 flat tiny little pegs and it does not stay on very good. You barely bump it and it falls off. So you basically have to hold it separately when you’re carrying it folded up and when you’re pushing it you have to put it in the cart. Pisses me off because I have to carry it around a lot and I may need it and I bought a red one because I like it and want to bring it… know it is not going to stay on and I haven’t figured out any way to Jimmy rig it without drilling holes in it. I have other fold up bins, but they don't have wheels or a telescopic handle. East to open and close, especially like having a lid. Folded up the cart doesn't take up much room in the car. Opened it is easy to access and load. Hand holes on the side help with lifting into and out of the car Wheels work well on gravel driveway and can easily go up and down 1-2 stairs. This four-wheeled rolling crate was exactly what I needed to get a speaker, microphone, electrical cords, large 3-ring binder of songsheets, and misc items from my car to the location of our music session. It could be sturdier, but it does the job. The 4 wheels make it a "spinner", and they lock in place for safety. The top (cover) is good for placing the speaker on it, and hooks easily for storing.
