This toothpaste tastes very fresh/good (no, I don't swallow 😂), unfortunately it does not foam. It would have been perfect if it were foaming. As for the whitening claim of this toothpaste, it's too early to tell. Time will tell.

I’ve been using this one 70% ( I have other ones don’t worry) for over a year. The aluminum tube broke at multiple places from daily using. Reason why I don’t use this every time is that I don’t feel clean after brushing, no foam and feel like a watery paste. I can still see the buildup from food after brushing… many many times, I brush, don’t feel clean and have to come back to brush again…you can judge me for my teeth brushing skills but just saying I don’t have the issue with other brands… I finally got a replacement (that M made in Italy brand if I shouldn’t mention exactly). that one feels much cleaner, brush once cleaned unit I eat again unlike this. ... show more

Actively trying to reduce fluoride bc it is unhealthy for cardiac health. I also like it to reduce coffee and teas stains on my teeth, I wouldn’t suggest it as a daily tooth past though because of the potential for it to cause damage to the enamel on one’s teeth. The other choices have essential oils I’m them which is just as bad for the microbiome as is fluoride. ... show more
