I am very disappointed with this product. I bought to help out with the snacks for my family and friends. I have had these brownies before but not thru mail order. Picked them up at Costco. When I opened the tin box, it looked like the food was just thrown in. I'm sorry but the brownies in every package was crumbled. Some were even opened at the end . It arrived in a box marked perishable, but I could not figure out how long it had been in transit, so I opened it immediately. There was no documentation until you turned the tin over to find a teeny tiny little sticker that said, perishable: use or freeze within 2 days. We opened the cookies first. Hard & stale. Warming did not help. Not individually wrapped so into a freezer bag & freezer they went to be salvaged later. Then we opened the individually wrapped brownies. They were delicious! We were expecting more variety but what we received was good. Since the cookies were stale, the brownies were the only part of the order we served our guests. Pretty disappointing. Wish we had taken the time to read the negative reviews more closely. Would buy the brownies again but not the cookies. Didn’t meet expectations. ... show more
