The assembly was super simple and I could jump into a workout within 5 minutes of opening the box. I was skeptical about the grip that this board would have against the floor at first, and thought it would tip over, but there was no problems using it in any of the positions. I do like how it came with a little workout routine sheet, but it's printed on a flimsy piece of paper. I recommend laminating it or taking a picture with you phone. Not too long ago I started developing a slight carpal tunnel I think, and doing regular pushups became very painful. This pushup board eliminates that pain by allowing you to keep the wrist straight during the push (kinda like doing pushups on your knuckles instead of open palms). This is a nice push up board that has many different handle positions to help you target different muscle groups. It is made from a durable plastic with reinforcement ribs running through the bottom side for added strength. The handles feel sturdy with a rubberized or silicone grip to keep you from slipping off if your hands get sweaty. The handles lift in and out of the positioning holes very easily so you can change positions fast. It comes with a nice chart you can lay on the floor in front of you that tells what area of the body each handle position works, along with other exercises to make up a set. The foam pads that are included are pre-punched circles that you can peel and apply to the bottom if you are going to work out on a hard slippery surface, like wood floors, etc. We have been using it on carpet and it stays put without using the pads. I like that it can be taken apart so you can bring it on a trip if you want to do some work outs while away. It is very light and is 25 inches side to side but if you take it apart each half is around 12 inches by 7. The front of the box and the add say it is foldable but there is no hinge in the middle, so it really doesn't fold. The two halves snap together or apart in seconds but no folding. We like it for push-ups because your hands are in a much better position than flat on the floor and it's much easier on your wrists. ... show more

This is an awesome push-up board. I love that I’m able to change the handle positions to work out different muscles. This has been a game changer. I’ve enjoyed using it. It helps me push myself. I’m very impressed with the quality, size, everything. It’s easy to use and easy to store too!
