This is an okay chair. Definitely not 5 star worthy. There is no rocking function (though the description says there is & the chair has a handle to allow for rocking). The metal bar of the chair doesn't lock/screw/snap into place to create a solid base on the chair, so definitely as the other reviews stated "flimsy". I managed to put it together without the instructions (the pieces are all there and kinda explain themselves if you're familiar with gamer chairs) but instruction booklet is taped to the back of the top half of the chair if you can't find them in the box. Overall, good chair but we'll see how long that lasts. Maybe edit in 6 months. **********EDIT************* 2 months later and the hydraulics are broken on my chair (weight limit says 330lbs, I weigh 225lbs). Literal trash chair, DO NOT BUY ... show more

So uncomfortable as a 5’10 guy doesn’t matter how you adjust it. Seat feels cardboard and is hard never supports any part of your body always uncomfortable absolutely horrible waste of money

I received my chair 4 days ago, and at first I thought it was great. The assembly was fast and easy with clear directions. Thought the screws for the cosmetic with covers didn't fit well into their pre made holes (one didn't fit at all) but that wasn't a big deal, functionally everything seemed fine. The chair looked great, it was very comfortable, it rolled easy on my carpet, it fit my space well. The lumbar support is a little ferm, however I like it, I found it comfortable and supportive. The reason I'm giving it such a low rating is because within 4 days of having it the hydraulic height control broke. I slightly adjusted it down and when I tried to bring it back up it just lowered further and wouldn't go back up. This is very disappointing snice I payed so much for a chair that broke within just a few days. TLDR: The chair is comfy, but broke within 4 days of light use. ... show more

    • Cheap garbage. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
I don’t know if the other reviews received a different chair, but the one I got is horrible. Arm rests wiggle and turn super easily, can’t lean on them properly because of it. Material is extremely cheap. All of the seems are already strained and pulled, portions of the plastic hardware covers won’t attach all the way because the screw has nothing to grip. Cushions are cheap and weird. The lumbar support cushion had a hole crudely ripped into it with some cheap device shoved inside. Honestly one of the worst purchases I’ve ever made on Amazon. Don’t buy this. Save your money and splurge on a quality chair. ... show more

I bought this chair to replace an older one I had. Let me tell you this chair is awesome! I absolutely love it! It is super cute and comes with the 2 "pillows" and leg rest. Super easy to put together. I think took us maybe 20 min? Customer Service was amazing as well! I ordered this chair and it came with a rip in the bottom piece (the box was beat up when I got it, so NOT their fault). I messaged them and they had a new chair out to me within a couple of DAYS! I had the chair for like two days where I used the vibrating pillow, which really helps back pain from sitting at the desk for long periods of time) but after those two days it stopped working.
