Solidly made, full featured, familiar control pad, carousel, and right size, it is an excellent addition to our kitchen. And doing a deep dive on Google, we found out Danby, while a small brand, is highly rated by all groups that test appliances. It's been around long enough to have the bugs worked out. didn't hesitate when i saw a good price on this. i'd owned a danby air-conditioner which i thought was terrific. generally i'm okay with appliance noise during operation, but this is beginning to sound like a lawn mower, and the evenness of cooking could be improved. sadly, i could not recommend this to even the most tolerant consumer. ... show more

Worked really well but now the plate that rotates, stops rotating without anything changing. When you start it, most times it will rotate normally and the the next time you start it…no movement whatsoever No way to predict when it will/won’t happen It’s just annoying Thx Bob
