  • Amazing at this price point
I purchased this for an Airgun Club-owned rifle that is used on a 10 meter range. It is the only scope I could find in the price range with an adjustable objective lens. This is important at 10 meters because most scopes are zeroed for parallax at either 50 or 100 yards; with those scopes at 10 meters, even slight change in head position causes significant change in the point of impact of the shot, because the cross hairs drift with head movement. I was pleased to find the scope very bright and clear, and the objective lens adjustment excellent. An added bonus is the windage and elevation adjustments require a screw driver or coin and are capped. For a shared range rifle, it can be zeroed on sand bags and left alone for all shooters. Excellent quality for a great price. ... show more

  • Solid budget scope, AO distance markers are off but you can figure them out yourself
Mounted this on my daisy 880 with the rings that were included. Tough to beat the price at $30 (although now it seems like it's going for $40). The AO distance markers are slightly off, and I'm having a tough time getting the AO set for anything under 10 yards. That said, it still works, you just need to use the bobble head test to find the right setting for your distance. Happy with this purchase. ... show more

  • A good basic airgun scope with AO.
I have two of these, and will probably by a third one. Why do I like them so much? They just keep doing the job, no fuss, no muss. I have one on my Crosman Model 760, and the other on my Crosman Model 1322 short carbine. I'm old with crappy eyesight, and ome scopes just will not adjust to give me both a clear target AND clear cross hairs. These two give me clarity all the time. They have fairly thin, no frills cross hairs. Nothing fancy, but they do the job. It's great having an adjustable objective too, and they will adjust very close, even for 5 yard BB guns. Having said all this, I have never used them on a magnum level break barrel. I did try the Winchester 2x7 AO airgun scopeon my older Crosman Phantom, and something internal stripped on one of the adjusters. That gun will beat up a cope, make it slide in the mounts unless a scope stop pin mount is used. Thst scope did let me down. ... show more

  • I would give it much better marks but every time I adjust the AO it loses zero.
Got this for my 22 caliber Gamo whisper pellet gun. I would give it much better marks but every time I adjust the AO it loses zero. I could have spent half the $ on a scope that is just a solid and does not have an AO. Put in a bore sight and was zeroing it in. Once I got it dead center I adjusted the AO which massively put me off center. Adjusting the AO should make my sight picture more or less clear but should not change my sights. This is especially aggravating since the factory scope that came with it fell apart in under a month. After a few shots, the threaded ring that holds the lens in would pop out in my lens would come out. Eventually. It happened one day in a field and I lost the plastic threaded ring. Bought this scope not realizing it was a daisy product. Coincidentally, I've also had issues with my pellet gun made by gamos/daisy. One of the hex screws have fallen out of the forward grip on the barrel. I tightened it up and then several weeks later noticed it was missing. Went on the gamo/daisy website looking for a replacement screw and ordered one of their little packs. All three screws that arrived from them had thick blue paint on the threads and the lock washer they sent me is all rusty. I don't know if that company is hurting for money or just not reinvesting into the business but this is a terrible experience and I'll be spending my money with a different company from now on. ... show more

  • For the money, can't be beat
Easily to fit. Have one on my Discovery, Sheridan 2200, and my 1300 (4x32). Easy to sight in, AO works great. Tried other scopes like Bug Buster, but returned them stuck with "Winchesters." Glad I did. Great value.
