Honestly I bought these as a complete joke but ended up being blown away. For 20 bucks, with a skate tool and not terrible bearings it’s a deal. I strictly used them for downhill and freeride. Initially, the skin was very abrasive but only lasted 5-6 runs. After that it was dumping thane! Very consistent slide even in a variety of temperatures. I wouldn’t necessarily recommend these to a beginner for learning simply because they could flatspot if you’re not careful. But at $20 who cares! I’ve probably put near 350 runs on these over the course of two days and they are nearly cored. They are prone to coning so rotate your wheels! As they get smaller, the inner lip becomes more and more square without much support from the core so be prepared on the slides to feel a bit of extra grip on the latter portion of these wheels life cycle. ... show more

I need at least one plank to roll upon because without it, my dog can only run as fast as me and that's not fast enough. On the board is the trustee, the fellow waving his arms about, squinting into the sun like gumby at the car lot. My little Australian Penny has served me well, but through use and friction and moisture, the bearings were getting a little spent and tired.
