Valve just tears away on most of the individual spikes so they can’t be blown up. Not to mention the BENT paper straw was useless.

Balloons blew up easily but description makes it sound like it’s 3 balloons in the star shape but it’s really multiple tips that you have to put together in order to make the shape desired. It’s a hassle, but we made it work in order to avoid sending them back and purchasing something else.
