I ordered this ebike as a primary mode of travel in small-town Pennsylvania. My area is semi-rural, and I wanted an ebike that would feel comfortable to ride on the trails as well as in the city. This particular bike also complied with all of our local laws. The bike arrived at my house very quickly, about three days after I ordered it off of Amazon. Assembly was very straightforward, and easy with two people. It took about half an hour. I am a 5'6" tall woman with shorter legs and a longer torso, and I can reach the ground comfortably, while sitting on the ebike, though I am on my tiptoes. I am of a smaller build, but do not have an issue picking up and moving the bike on my own. This ebike, overall, seems solid and well-put-together. The welds on the frame look nice, and while the front light and fenders are plastic, they are heavy and seem durable. The bike came well-packaged, and I did not notice any scratches or defects. My commute to town is about two miles, so I have not had much of a chance to test out battery life, but, as of yet, I have not experienced any problems, and I have had the bike for a few weeks. Overall, I would recommend this ebike to friends, because I feel it is well-built and reliable, the looks are very appealing, and it is smooth to operate and put together. shipping this bike in this box was amazing!! well packeged and halfway already assembled. Included tools made it easy if you're a mechanical kind of person. PROS: Its small but I'm 6'4" and its just right for me, even peddling. The long seat is 100% great, UI HATE the cheap seats they put on bikes!!! The bike looks good, feels good. love the stickers especially the little decal under the seat. This is a real eye-catcher, people will notice you. Headlight, fenders, horn,tail light included AND turn signals! (not that anyone sees turn signals these days) CONS: This is a very heavy bike, you'll notice this trying to get it out of the box. It's built like a TANK!! the ride with these tires on pavement is a little rough, don't expect too much for the brakes...try them out first, learn how to use them before you get in a panic situation, I did have trouble getting the rear tire to seal, a tire shop had to assist, Customer service from the manufacturer is non existant, you must contact the seller through Amazon. My first bike was a full size 26" bike, hard to control, this is great. I highly recommend this bike, before a $1500-$200+ bike. ... show more

This bike is a steal for the price. Came 80% assembled, took maybe an hour to assemble the remainder (CYCROWN has a tutorial for assembly on YouTube if you're not great with instruction manuals) Would recommend having someone assist you if you don't have a bike lift. It has a sleek design, seat is extremely comfortable. I can't speak for the battery life as I haven't taken it on any major trips, but I think it's a perfect commuter for around town. They do sell extra batteries on their website for all their models. I usually ride around on level 1, but have tested it up on the highest level (5) and this suckered is fast. 1 is a perfect cruising speed for me though. I will say even though it's recommended for 5'4-6'4 riders, I'm 5 foot even and I do have to hop up on the bike lol. It was an issue for maybe 15 seconds max until I realized I can just give it a bit of throttle and hop on. So even under the height recommendation, it's manageable. This is probably the cheapest moped style ebike on the market right now, but it certainly doesn't lack in appearance or performance. The bike is awesome and works good. Smooth riding with it and it definitely can take a lot. I mean like going through grass with it or even few piles of rock. Still be careful because you wanna make sure it's well token care of... I would definitely recommend it. But people who are 5'3 or lower, I would recommend to either not do this one or just be careful. Even for me at this exact height it's heavy and my toes barely touch the ground. I named my Goliath and it leaves up to the title lol. I'm small for it but still try to ride it. The light works good, you can see the road in front of you when riding it. Even though I'm small for it, I still love my bike. Noise level on it is good, I don't hear a thing and is very easily to learn to use it. ... show more

We got this for my 17 year old about 3 months ago to ride around town and she loves it! It looks great, is easy to use and has good battery life. As parents we love that it’s sturdy and has a headlight along with reflectors on both tires and behind the seat. It was bigger than I expected but the bigger size helps with visibility. It’s definitely better fit for adults and older teens. It wasn’t hard to assemble but a video would have been helpful since I’m a novice and accidentally put the handlebars on backward 😆. I also didn’t realize I needed to put the tire on before pumping it up the rest of the way and had problems because of that. Support was really quick and helpful in navigating the problem and everything has worked great since. They said they will be adding a video in the future. ... show more
