shipping this bike in this box was amazing!! well packeged and halfway already assembled. Included tools made it easy if you're a mechanical kind of person. PROS: Its small but I'm 6'4" and its just right for me, even peddling. The long seat is 100% great, UI HATE the cheap seats they put on bikes!!! The bike looks good, feels good. love the stickers especially the little decal under the seat. This is a real eye-catcher, people will notice you. Headlight, fenders, horn,tail light included AND turn signals! (not that anyone sees turn signals these days) CONS: This is a very heavy bike, you'll notice this trying to get it out of the box. It's built like a TANK!! the ride with these tires on pavement is a little rough, don't expect too much for the brakes...try them out first, learn how to use them before you get in a panic situation, I did have trouble getting the rear tire to seal, a tire shop had to assist, Customer service from the manufacturer is non existant, you must contact the seller through Amazon. My first bike was a full size 26" bike, hard to control, this is great. I highly recommend this bike, before a $1500-$200+ bike. ... show more

This bike is a steal for the price. Came 80% assembled, took maybe an hour to assemble the remainder (CYCROWN has a tutorial for assembly on YouTube if you're not great with instruction manuals) Would recommend having someone assist you if you don't have a bike lift. It has a sleek design, seat is extremely comfortable. I can't speak for the battery life as I haven't taken it on any major trips, but I think it's a perfect commuter for around town. They do sell extra batteries on their website for all their models. I usually ride around on level 1, but have tested it up on the highest level (5) and this suckered is fast. 1 is a perfect cruising speed for me though. I will say even though it's recommended for 5'4-6'4 riders, I'm 5 foot even and I do have to hop up on the bike lol. It was an issue for maybe 15 seconds max until I realized I can just give it a bit of throttle and hop on. So even under the height recommendation, it's manageable. This is probably the cheapest moped style ebike on the market right now, but it certainly doesn't lack in appearance or performance. I've only had this a few weeks. So far, so good. Assembly was o.k., but the directions in the manual were pretty much useless. I'm pretty handy with tools, and this wasn't the first thing I've put together, but it still took me over an hour. This thing is zippy when it comes to speed on a fairly level surface, especially on the highest setting (20 mph). Going from zero to moving takes a minute to get used to, as at 80 pounds bike weight, plus my 275 pounds, there's a bunch of inertia. Once moving, that's a different deal. Immediately, I almost ate pavement a couple of times just due to speed and/or terrain. I did crash twice, once due to sloped loose terrain (gravel & leaves), and once due to a hidden curb. A sturdy helmet is a must; this is not a toy bike. The fat tires are nice and grippy, and coupled with the dual suspension, give a smooth ride. The front and rear disk breaks work almost too well; I've skidded in stops a few times, which is rough at my weight. This bike has a high profile; I'm 5' 10", and can't quite put both feet on the ground when stopped. Mounting requires leaning the bike a good bit to swing onto the seat. The manual says that 11% grade is maximum, and that checks out. I had to pedal like a banshee to get up a small hill. The "walk" mode is nice, as it helps fight inertia when crossing at crosswalks, or when the grade is too steep. As far as looks go, this bike is really nifty. The lights not only look good, but actually function fairly well in the dark. This also makes the bike both road- and night-riding compliant in my area. I don't know about battery life or range, as I've only put 75 miles on it, most of it 1.5 mile round trips to the store. On one day, I did 10 miles and my battery still had two bars out of five after that distance. I added a small milsurp pouch to the handlebars for the toolkit and my phone, and I've clipped my cable lock there too. All in all, quite pleased. ... show more
