I had to get 2 REPLACEMENTS SEATS and they have both done this (pictured above). At least this one lasted 5 MINUTES riding. Can't even BEGIN to comprehend what level of QA could lead to something like this happening TWICE.

Had a few issues in the beginning but they were resolved quickly. Got everything I paid for. They also sent a bike cover. Which is very nice the bike rides great... very smooth. Just need Mirrors now So I can see what's behind me better.

    • Not for short people!
Great bike for tall people! The bike has alot of features that similarly priced models don't. It is sturdy and easy to put together, however it wasn't clearly noted that the minimum seat height is about 34-36 inches. I am 5'7" and it was like jumping up on a dirt bike. My feet could barely reach the pedals, let alone the ground and the bike is heavy. So for safety reasons (I am not an experienced rider) I returned it and went with Vtuvia model instead. We ordered two, and return process was a bit of a nightmare. The description states free returns but at first we were only provided a blank shipping label and advised to ship back by "the carrier of our choice". This is not a small item and shipping something this size and weight is expensive. After an Amazon claim and a few weeks the seller did eventually send a return label and it all worked out. If you're tall enough, I'm sure you will love it..just want to warn those that aren't to avoid the mess of a return process we went through. ... show more

    • It really is pretty able to handle rugged terrain
So far, I really enjoy this bike. Others I've let try it out really like it, and gets them thinking about getting an e-bike of some sort. I selected this for the dirt / sand roads, and trail-ish spots of main roads I live around, and so far it's working out real well. I do have my eyes on how far my battery has been letting me go, based on throttle or with pedals going, and I'm not quite sure that miles are holding up with the battery - in one way or another. As long as you put things together correctly, and tighten things as you should, it feels pretty sturdy and smooth, even when transitioning from asphalt to dirt on the side of the road. When I removed the battery, I noticed a bend in the metal slide, when reinserting the battery it was enough of a bend to hold it up, so if anyone has a similar issue, just make sure it is in line with the track and flows evenly downward to the connectors. ... show more
