Sturdy, high quality collars! Great colors! Its helpful to have your dog's name on the collar, plus phone number, so if they get loose and decide to be uncatcheable, someone can call you without having to grab them. The collar and embroidery are nice. The embroidered letters are large and easy to read. The collar feels like a nice weight - not too heavy and bulky and not too light or cheap feeling. The padding on the inside of the collar is negligible and not as padded as photos make it appear, but it’s still decent and a nice addition to just standard nylon collars. I’m hoping this padding doesn’t make the collar easier to slip out of. It is adjustable and stays where you adjust it to without slipping. The color is pretty, but it’s not the color advertised so it was a bit disappointing. My dog has light blue eyes so really wanted something less turquoise and more like the photo. The embroidered name was in white, which is probably my fault. Pay attention to the customization form and make sure you choose the color for the thread. I think the white I received will be fine but really wanted black so it would be easy to read over time as the collar gets dirty. ... show more

They fit big for a cat, went with XS and it's a little thick, but works just fine. I can see my cats collar reflecting back from across the yard! They seem heavy duty as well. None of the stitching has worn out yet after two months. The colors are also vibrant!

Love the collars. They took a while to receive but worth the wait. They are very well made.They appear to be comfortable for my dogs, very soft, no pinching. Easy buckle, press and release. Metal bar for tags, like many collars you have to struggle to get tag on if you're using a small split ring... Other than that, I'm satisfied with my purchases. It took three weeks to arrive, but the seller and Amazon were very responsive to my concerns (my shipping/tracking numbers were too long, so I could not track my package). Order the collar. I ordered custom dog collar with puppy’s name, my phone number and word “Reward”. Excellent quality materials, size of band, and personalization. Reason for my 3 star rating was because of my color choices of thread made collar unreadable even though site showed what completed collar would look like. I suggest you choose light color thread for monogramming personal info on dark collar or reverse. I chose rose pink thread on dark collar resulting in information Unable to read. I recommend collar but be alert to color choices for readability. ... show more
