I am so happy with how this came out!! I messaged the seller and asked them if they could customize what was on the jacket from Best Friends to Baby Mamas and it meant sooo much to me. I have two children with a man I am no longer with, he had a child before we were together with another woman. As time went on we have become the best of friends, but we always refer to each other as "Baby Mama". I gave her this for Mother's Day and she was in tears and as happy with it as i was! I got this for my friend as a gift, she doesn’t live near me so I have not seen the cup yet, she seemed happy with it. It just takes to long to get it weeks! That’s crazy cause they take your money right away, I don’t know it I would recommend them?

The photo on the mug is much smaller then presented in the photo. The words are also blurry. It looks like they do a good job for two people mugs but the three people mugs... Idk why someone would think they would be happy with this. I also attached the photo they put in there photos as an example and what I received. UPDATE: I got in contact with the company and the lady that’s been assisting me is really really sweet. She has been so polite and has taken ownership of the mistakes (not many would do this) and has resent me BOTH my mugs as replacements. Im waiting for those to come in and I’m very pleased with the consumer service. I’m grateful for all the work she’s doing for just that I’ve changed my rating. I’ll update again once I have my final mugs. UPDATE: I’ve removed the old photos as I’m very much pleased with my replacement. The words are clearer and much more legible. The skin color isn’t correct but that’s not a big deal. I’m overall much happier about what I’ll be giving my friends as presents for Christmas and would recommend this mug. I bought the mug with the best friend funny saying on it. When my bestie opened it she was thrilled. The choices to customize were great and it really ended up resembling us together. She laughed at the saying and said it was her favorite mug of all time. Delivery was delayed but I did end up getting it on time for my purposes.
