It seems dark enough but after applying it I learned that the silver coated reflective tint is better for keeping the heat out. I wish there was a good video to watch. Definitely a learning curve so I'm doing better after the 3rd window.

Years ago I took the back off a curio cabinet (butted up to a window). I hot-glued this film on the back and put cabinet back in front of windows. Perfect keeps down on the dust and the light coming in window
