Packaging perfect, a strong big box and smaller stronger box inside. Right on time shipment. I sent this one to my daughter's. She has a dry heat sauna and I didn't want to miss out on my steam I have at home. These pictures are telling you like it is. Fits perfectly in the guest bathroom. It heats up quickly and nice to have the remote control to turn it up or down. I set it on 60 minutes. The Steamer is much shorter than the one I have, but don't let that fool ya. It holds (3) 16.9oz bottles of distilled water. I forgot to look on the time left when I got out, but it was less than a half a bottle of water left. The cover I put over the seat is a bag that cold food came in when i ordered groceries. I used it to keep my seat clean and it worked. I also showed how wet the floor is and the towel I put down after to help dry. It's an easy clean up.The hood fits perfectly. This sauna needs no poles it pops right up. I am so excited. My first use was today, out of sauna into the shower. I rinsed the seat off in shower and all is good πŸ‘ ... show more

    • The Steamer machine stop working after 10 months and now I can't use it anymore

Sorry but not worth the money it is super small stool and afterwards you are left with a puddle of water that is hard to drain out I had bc to take it outside on the deck and try to tip it o er and let it dry out but then the wind would blow it off. It needs an easier way to drain so mold won’t grow

I love this sauna. It's easy to assemble. Then add water to the container and enjoy my favorite sauna. I have been using it almost every day since I received it to relax my body. The only downside is that the space is too small. Hope to improve.
