    • Amazing Gaming PC! Hearing a distinct clicking sound though.
Just got this PC a few days ago and it's an absolute beast of a machine. Runs nearly any game with moderate to high graphics settings, smoothly too. Only issue I have right now with it is that it occasionally makes a soft *click* sound. I've checked all the GPU fans; they're not hitting any wires and are perfectly secure. After a bit of research some online sources say it could be the HDD making that noise. The sound only really happens when I'm loading a game or downloading something, otherwise its a lot less frequent. These online sources also say it's a huge red flag and that the HDD is doomed to fail any minute. I'm not super knowledgeable on the specifics of computer components, so I don't know if this is an exaggeration or not. Anyone else have this issue? Or does anyone know what could be causing it/should I be worried about it? Overall though I love this computer. Upgraded from a GeForce 1060 / Intel i5 7400, so this is a million times better. Beautiful RGB display as well, I love how it lights up the room at night. ... show more

Unbelievable value. Shipped quickly. I'm so happy with this purchase. This is such a beast and and I'm so surprised to find something like this for under $3000. The RTX 3080 is a dream. I had to upgrade to an even better monitor to get the full effect. It boots in less than 10 seconds. The case and lights are beautiful. Pictures don't do it justice . Great cable management and great quality. Prefectly built and just and joy to use and game with. Only a couple of very small complaints: Only 4 UBS ports, and if you use wireless the wireless adapter that comes with it will take one of them. Just added a high quality ubs hub. No bluetooth, but added a bluetooth card in the open slot under the graphics card that I ordered on amazon for less than $20. Remote doesn't respond every time to change the lights. Sometimes have to play around with it but I'm not sure where the sensor is for it, so it might be me just pointing at the wrong place. Overall, pretty close to perfect. I'm so excited to have this and to be gaming with the best of them. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. My remote didn't work, and I had issues with a software, they gave me some tests to check and make sure it was not a hardware issue. I will be buying all my computers from them.

    • It finally arrived disinterested come with a wireless Wi-Fi card or an Ethernet cord
I’m glad it finally came. It took quite a while it looks nice come with a cool keyboard and mouse that light up. But it did not come with an Ethernet cable or a wireless Wi-Fi card. So now I have to find that to be able to even use it with the Wi-Fi I will do another review once I am able to check it out online. ... show more

    • The greatest purchase I have ever made
I loved this product because it performed according to specifications. Although the 3080 GPU was having quite a lot of crashing issues at first (once in few days), the update from Nvidia fixed that. In general, CUK Gaming is to be trusted. If I should buy another PC, I will use them again. Thanks.
