I consider myself a fairly handy guy, and have put lots of furniture, toys, etc together without problem, but the instructions for this grill were tough to follow. Pictures were not drawn clearly, particularly for the legs and their mounting points. Fortunately it's mostly a bunch of wingnuts holding
this thing together so not a huge deal, but it took a good bit longer than expected with a fair bit of 'back up and try again facing the other way'.

Was a little tricky, getting it together, as there were lots of screws, nuts, and bolts. Fortunately, I had a friend who has an engineers mentality to put it together. Instructions are hard to follow. Looking forward to using it, but it appears to be easy to clean and sturdy.

Good enough - temporary use

Love the Cuisinart brand, but a charcoal grill may not be one of their shining moments/product. However, once this was assembled - it does the job needed. My main complaint is the vent on the upper hood does not close 100%, I've tried everything to get it to close 100% but it seems to be stubborn. So
smoking my meats have not been ideal. The plastic wheel covers are kind of a joke, so we left them off. One wheel cover did not even click into place. Worth the money? Sure, if you are not a serious griller, it will get the job done and its a nice easy manage size for a patio or a section in the yard. I purchased because my outdoor kitchen is not going to be completed until the summer and I was going through withdrawals not being able to grill. I will keep it though, will come in handy for a picnic scenario.

I wasn't to sure about this purchase but I took a chance based upon the brand name. I was not disappointed. This a great little grill. The 18 inch grill area is sufficient for preparing food for 1-3 people. I like the temperature guage since it lets me monitor proper temperature for cooking. The vent
s let you adjust for proper air flow and the grate allows me to add coals without removing the entire grate. The instructions for assembly was a little difficult when it came to attaching the legs and wheels. Some of the parts are not labeled and the pictures are not clear, however, a little review of the parts and some common sense and you will be able to assemble is in a reasonable amount of time. I found this to be an excellent purchase.

Instructions are poor. The finished grill is excellent.

The parts are well made and the vents are large, allowing the charcoal to achieve a high temperature. My husband puts a cast iron grill over the charcoal so that the meat will not be dried out by the hot air. Better than restaurant quality!

It's a decent grill once put together.

The first grill we received had a damaged bottom rack. The rack is necessary to stabilize the grill and attach the wheels. The lid also had a big chip of the ceramic coating, which would cause it to rust fairly quickly. I contacted the company directly and they stated they did not offer replacement p
arts for this model. The only option would be to contact Amazon for a exchange. Amazon customer service was great. They sent out a replacement that day. I then had to take the grill back apart, exchange the damaged parts and reassemble. Now that all parts are undamaged it is stable and is a nice grill. I also purchased the matching cover made by the same company. Hopefully this grill last a while. It seems like it should. The next grill we will pay a little extra and get a webber.
