The media could not be loaded. There are several folks saying you cannot shorten the pull cord and you can. I ordered 3 different sizes of these blinds and only the 47" ones came with the little clasp necessary to shorten the cord. And it's REALLY easy to shorten it. These shades are just a little too generic looking. Very plain and kind of cheap looking. They work well but they could use some texture or something. Maybe a finished edge...

Installed in our travel trailer to replace cheap aluminum slated blinds. I had to order a size large because 1st set was too small. I do wish they included a way to short the "cord" due to shorter walls in trailer. We made them work and will search a connector to shorten "cord"

Our home was built in 2004, with rounded drywall around the window frames. Between the metal drywall edges, there was not much room to mount from the sides. So I had to mount from the top, but I needed to make 3/8" spacers to brace between the wall and the mounting brackets.
