The package came with a flat head and phillips micro screw drivers. The product was wrapped well to protect it while shipping. Fit in perfectly and fixed the problem I was having of it saying I was constantly attached to a usb device. My son accidentally spilled water in the charger port. Works like a champ. I use it on my Quilter Micro Pro 2 - 8. The selection knob allows me to program what the buttons do. For me, it’s just for channel selector and Effects Loop. It’s well built, and the RJ 45 cable they provide looks pretty solid and should last a while.
