    • Horrible product and experience
This product worked okay for a little over a year and suddenly it started Malfunctioning. To the point I was afraid it can cause a fire or something dangerous. One day it started randomly spinning on its own while powered off. I tried the pause and power button, and it didn’t work so I needed to open the door then it stopped. The Second incident moments later the dryer started spinning again the pause and power buttons didn’t work. This time when I opened the door it kept spinning with the door open. Eventually after a few spins it stopped on it own. I was scared so I unplugged it. The next day I plugged it back in to use it and since then it has never powered back on. I was told by the seller to get it fixed myself. What a shame to charge a customer damn near $400 for a item that malfunctioned in less than two years and not do anything to help. Horrible experience. The company also took long to reply to my messages. DO NOT BUY. This dryer may even be dangerous the way it malfunctions. They also control the reviews to protect their image my original review was denied. I’m giving my actual genuine experience. I guess they don’t want people knowing the truth. They rather you read fake news and make the purchase. ... show more

    • Perfect for small spaces
I was very impressed the first time I used this. Load this up with a few items ( Make sure to keep the load very small as this is a small unit! ) Press power then start for a fully auto dry cycle. It will run in one direction for several minutes then pause then reverse for around 10 seconds then resume normal tumble. This is awesome! No more tangled items. I did encounter a issue however I am glad to say that the seller was very polite and prompt with resolving my issue. The mini PCT heater in these is great! You can choose full heat, half heat and Air only drying modes. I did use a kilowatt meter out of curiosity and at the highest this only drew 1300 watts. Very impressive and efficient! I have seen others on Amazon that claim 1700 watts, I would stay away from those. The US electrical system is only designed for 1500 Watts maximum for your safety. The only thing that I find odd about this unit is the very small exhaust hose. If you are venting this through a traditional vent you will need a adapter as this is not a full sized dryer vent hose. The filter system is great! You get the primary lint screen plus the cotton circle pads to make sure that nearly zero lint dust can enter the blower. There is even a small air intake filter on the front inside the door to help prevent dust from entering the heater. Nice! ... show more

    • Was great, until it died 3 months later
This unit was great... I ended up buying spare filters for it and going all in as it was so easy to use. But I got it on May 9th, and today Sept. 4th it died. At almost 100 bucks a month for the price, not including spare filters... I can't say it's a bargain or great anymore. Can't find any way to reach out to CTT directly either. Moved down to 1 star after trying to work with support and just keep being shut out by amazon on trying to even find a way to order parts to repair this thing that only worked from the beginning of May to the end of August. ... show more
