I have only had this for about a week now, but I am really impressed. Trying to find a good white monitor for under $100 is no easy task. I am very happy with this monitor and I plan to order another soon. The picture quality is amazing. The colors are vibrant and there is different colors modes to fit your preference. I really love how the top and side edges are basically seamless. I feel like it makes it look more expensive. The only thing i don’t like about it is it is just a little wobbly. I’m sure this could be fixed by actually using a screwdriver to tighten the screw instead of the attached twisty thing. I don’t usually make reviews, but I had to let people making the same decision I was trying to make know to do it. Also I got the 24 inch and it’s literally the perfect size. ... show more

I would like to amend my previous review and changed giving this company a five star. The company has contacted me and addressed all my concerns about the monitor issue. After many friendly conversations they sent to me a new power cord to use with the Monitor, and the monitor worked as before. After many days, it continues working as expected. Thank you very much for take seriously all the concerns I have had and help me to resolve the issue. We are very happy now this was addressed. Customer services and tech support approach was very nice and respectful, the communication was immediately in both sides every day. I just can said Thank you for your dedication Well, I bought this monitor for my son on Sep2023, good quality, sharp, fine design, good for games, but after 9 months it’s goes off, it do not start any more. It began taking time turn on, after few hours then woke up, until the last it did not started any more, it’s less than a year I bought it. ... show more

I like the size I think it is great for content enjoying(good HDR) and playing video games, the price while in discount is amazing and I would recommend to someone needing a new monitor. it comes with a lot of accessories that make it easy to install and can be used instantly with the provided cables. Although it doesn't have speakers, so if you aren't using external speakers or headphones/headset you will need to get some. The material quality is very good, and the installation can be done with the included tools, the base is very sturdy as well. The only problem I could have with it is that it has a little bit of ghosting but I believe it is within the range acceptable for a monitor of this size, speed(Hz) and price(most important factor for buying this monitor). So I would say that for the price it is a very good monitor and I recommend it. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. The quality of the monitor is great, it’s bright, the image is exact. I’m not computer savvy so I didn’t know that it was just a “ monitor” lol I thought I could use it without the hook up of my computer/ laptop, but I learned quickly that function doesn’t apply to monitors only. For what I will need to use it how I want in the future, I need to buy an all in one computer lol or a mini desktop to connect. Especially if I want to use after my current job. I use this for work right now so it’s gonna do what I NEED it to. This is a wonderful monitor, again the quality is great, so definitely a good buy! 10/16/24: I thought I found a reputable company when they immediately responded to my review with an offer to full refund (excerpt): We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience regarding your order and would like to offer you a full refund for your purchase. If you would like a full refund: please reply 'Full refund'. We hope that you give us another chance. Thank you very much. However, after I responded full refund, I received another message from them (excerpt): We are truly sorry to learn that you are having problems with your monitor. If it's convenient, could you please take a video of the monitor starting up for us? You can send us the video via the attached image. Once we receive your video, we will provide you with a satisfactory solution. We hope you can give us another chance. Looking forward to your reply. Wish you all the best.💕 Then, today I have another message (excerpt): Thanks for the reply. You can return the monitor to Amazon's warehouse after Amazon will process your order for you 100%. Or, if you prefer to keep the monitor, we can request partial processing of your order for you. Looking forward to hearing from you. So, which is it, full refund, partial refund (how much?), do I have to send a video? Bad monitor. Deceptive customer service. I'll keep the monitor and deal with the burn in, but I certainly won't jump through their hoops to get a partial refund. Look at my review and all the others. Avoid this seller and their monitors.
