I have only had this for about a week now, but I am really impressed. Trying to find a good white monitor for under $100 is no easy task. I am very happy with this monitor and I plan to order another soon. The picture quality is amazing. The colors are vibrant and there is different colors modes to fit your preference. I really love how the top and side edges are basically seamless. I feel like it makes it look more expensive. The only thing i don’t like about it is it is just a little wobbly. I’m sure this could be fixed by actually using a screwdriver to tighten the screw instead of the attached twisty thing. I don’t usually make reviews, but I had to let people making the same decision I was trying to make know to do it. Also I got the 24 inch and it’s literally the perfect size. ... show more

I would like to amend my previous review and changed giving this company a five star. The company has contacted me and addressed all my concerns about the monitor issue. After many friendly conversations they sent to me a new power cord to use with the Monitor, and the monitor worked as before. After many days, it continues working as expected. Thank you very much for take seriously all the concerns I have had and help me to resolve the issue. We are very happy now this was addressed. Customer services and tech support approach was very nice and respectful, the communication was immediately in both sides every day. I just can said Thank you for your dedication Well, I bought this monitor for my son on Sep2023, good quality, sharp, fine design, good for games, but after 9 months it’s goes off, it do not start any more. I like the size I think it is great for content enjoying(good HDR) and playing video games, the price while in discount is amazing and I would recommend to someone needing a new monitor. it comes with a lot of accessories that make it easy to install and can be used instantly with the provided cables. Although it doesn't have speakers, so if you aren't using external speakers or headphones/headset you will need to get some. The material quality is very good, and the installation can be done with the included tools, the base is very sturdy as well. The only problem I could have with it is that it has a little bit of ghosting but I believe it is within the range acceptable for a monitor of this size, speed(Hz) and price(most important factor for buying this monitor). So I would say that for the price it is a very good monitor and I recommend it. ... show more

Okay, I love the look and price of this monitor. Has all the specs I care about. I was so excited about it. Problem #1: When I went to install it on my pneumatic arm, the circular depression in the back of this monitor prevented the VESA mounting plate (which, like almost every plate, is a SQUARE design with holes to support both 100x100 and 75x75), it would not fit in the circular depression! I had to use HIUGE stand-offs and rig it in there. Still not happy about it at all. Also, the screw depth is SO SHALLOW! I had to find the screw of exactly the right length to reach the hole, but still get snug before it ran into the bottom of the hole. Luckily I have quite the stash, but even so it was a close thing! What a frigging HORRIBLE design on the VESA mount! Problem #2: When I got it and plugged it in, the image was very bright and very sharp. Just lovely right? Except there is a HUGE black border around the entire screen! I mean seriously, the 80s called and want their CRT monitor screen borders back! It is hideous! I emailed their tech support, and my review and rating may change depending on their response. I sure hope they have a fix, cause otherwise, I am really happy with this monitor! ... show more

    • Blue light eye fatigue almost gone

Bought this monitor for 2 reasons...I wanted a gaming monitor that had a higher refresh rate and was hoping the ability for this monitor to block blue light would cure my foggy head-aching eyeballs. I'm a PC gamer and have been for years. Finally decided to try a monitor that blocked blue light and had the ability to raise the refresh rate. I was hoping this would take care of how gaming started to make my head feel. Since buying and tweaking the blue light (set to strongest setting) and raising refresh rate to 180hz from the old standby of 60hz, I'm glad to say the fuzzy headed-ness and eye strain are almost, completely gone. Now that I'm 63 I noticed my gaming sessions were leaving me really fatigued and some what loopy and off balance too. Then I started reading about excessive blue light exposure and the eye strain and loopiness it can cause some people. Couple that with a 60hz refresh rate on my current monitor, plus being 63 and I was thinking my fun with Elden Ring was coming to a close. So I decided to gamble on this sweet, fairly inexpensive monitor and BAM! I'm back to slaying dragons again! When you place the monitor on the strongest anti blue light, it does mean you'll have to manually adjust the color settings yourself for the games you're gonna play. While not quite as good as having the blue light still on, it's still good enough for me to enjoy playing again. Setting up your preferences is done fairly easy from the backside of the monitor with 5 easy to reach buttons located on the right side. 2 things to note... if your video card only has a HDMI connection then you will not be able to get the 180hz refresh rate that I'm able to get. You'll be capped at 144hz. If however you have a display port connector then you're good to go for the higher rate. It does come with both hdmi and DP cables. 2ndly, the monitor tries to take over as your sound card. I have surround sound and after plugging in the monitor, I had no sound. The fix is to double click the speaker icon located on the bottom right of the monitor (for windows 10), then click the upward arrow and manually choose your sound card. This will over ride the monitors built in desire to take over your computers sound card. Once I did this, we had surround sound again. The manual doesn't say this is the fix you need. I guess they expect you to plug in your green speaker connector to the bottom of their monitor and be happy. I've got green, brown and black connectors for my sound card, so this wasn't gonna work for me and I wasn't gonna be happy to play Elden Ring without surround sound either. Anyways, that's my story and a couple of little hiccups you'll need to know about. I'm happy to say I'm back to gaming again! ... show more
