I know you. You're scouting around for a fake fiddle leaf tree, because you really want one in your home so that it looks like a page out of a freaking magazine. I get it. And you don't dare buy a real one, because these beauties are a b!tch to keep alive. You've been looking at every fake fiddle leaf tree you can find, from Pottery Barn to Homegoods and everywhere in between. "This one is too bushy to look real. This one looks like plastic. This other one looks mega real, but costs $500! WTF!??!?" You have pinterested so many of these things that you just really want your G.D. LIFE BACK. The solution? THIS fiddle leaf tree. The tops of the leaves look real. The undersides don't. But once you (very easily) bend and shape the leaves so that they curl down and hide the underside, guess what?!? EPICNESS. And for a fraction of the cost of anywhere else. The base is fugly, so do yourself a favor and buy a Belly Basket. Or some other pot if you aren't a boho chick like me. Super cute! Exactly what I was looking for. Mine was a little lip sided but I just pulled the stem over a bit and it helped it look more straightened out. At a glance it looks real, and it’s a great price! There is quite a bit of strings hanging on it from the glue, but I can pull that off. Pot was not damaged and the fake soil is cute. This is the first "bigger" fake plant I've tried and it did not work for me. The leaves are good from the top, but very fake looking on the underside (super bright light green). Any connecting areas (leaf to branch or branch to trunk) were very awkward looking as the color, size, and texture of material abruptly changed. It was also not very forgiving to being manipulated. Branches were okay, leaves did not want to bend or turn, and one branch snapped as I tried to get it to fill out a little. It is currently in a corner mostly hidden behind my tv and I think it looks best back there. ... show more

I'm questioning everyone who gave this rave reviews. This plant looks wildly fake and cheap in person thus making the price point a complete ripoff. If this were a gift for someone, I would return it and buy them something else to spare myself embarrassment. I'm going to keep mine because it's not going in a main living space and I'm lazy, but as others have pointed out, the underside of the leaves are super bright green, the connector pieces are bright green plastic, and I found the leaves a bit difficult to manipulate. Mine even arrived with dried up glue on the leaves which I was able to pull off without damaging the leaves. Honestly... it's tacky. If you're considering this item, don't! ... show more

I’m sure I could spend triple the amount and get a fiddle leaf fig tree that looks more like a real/live one. But this faux/artificial version is GREAT for the money. Using it in the background of my Zoom calls to cover and ugly panel door. Would recommend!

From a distance, this plant definitely looks real. It comes bundled up and then you kind of just bend the leaves downward. Pretty full bodied and looks nice on a stand. Would recommend.
