The most amazing honey!! First of all, it's delicious just by itself. Sometimes when I'm craving some sweets - which I no longer buy - I just have a teaspoon or tablespoon of this luscious honey. And since I started every night eating two two organic apples with honey added to them after baking (Heating honey, by the way, destroys its nutritional value so I always add it AFTER baking), I've experienced an increased sense of wellbeing in every way. More energy. Greater peace of mind. Weight loss - a pound a month without even trying. And my first winter ever with a cold or flu or pneumonia - all of which I usually get each year because of my compromised immune system. I also have stomach and colon ailments, and drink celestial seasons honey vanilla tea to soothe my digestive tract. And adding this honey to tea helps even more. And recently, I stopped buying vitamin water, and instead make a pitcher of water with this honey added, which as soon as I drink it gives me an energy boost and feeling of wellbeing. Having researched the effects of raw honey (and also organic apples), and now finishing a bottle of this luscious honey every six weeks, I'm convinced that it's making a positive difference in my life. I love this honey so much I use it to make mead in 1 Gallon batches. A single 3lbs container is perfect for most of my recipes and the meads that it makes are some of the best tasting (In my opinion) meads I have ever made.
