I have gone through a few small, budget priced ultrasonic cleaners in my shop. They usually work OK. Temperature control is always iffy, there is often no facility to degas cleaning solutions and cleaning action isn't great. Eventually the heating elements go or the transducers go. The CREWORKS 6L Digital Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine is impressive for a number of reasons. The unit has three transducers which is on the upper end of transducer count for a 6 liter unit. The machine has a degassing function that can be used throughout the cleaning process, cycling between degas and clean, or for time of operator choice. The Creworks has excellent temperature control. There is a solution temperature rise above ambient with heat turned off, but this is normal for ultrasonic cleaning and caused by process cavitation. As an example, solution temperature rose from 61°F to 68°F during a full power, 30 minute cleaning cycle. The 6 liter size is handy. Usually they are too small to fit all of the machine pieces I work with, or too large and waste solution. This one is right for me, particularly with this tank's capacity and aspect ratio. The unit is well made. nicely finished and it definitely improves the appearance of my work bench. Of greatest importance, it cleans parts really well, and it does so quickly; light oxidation, waxy grease, general crud. The ultrasonic process gets into every surface.     • Well constructed, Amazing finish, Cleans effectively and is reasonably quiet.

The item arrived well packaged, and was significantly protected from damage. I have put a few things to clean through it and have been overall satisfied with it's performance. It cleans well and the gentle function comes in handy with delicate items. It is well constructed and the finish on it is really amazing. It is loud, but every ultrasonic cleaner is, but is bearable if it is in the garage or another room. The extended timer is really handy but the manual says to limit to 30 minutes cycle. I haven't been able to figure out any way to change the temperature reading from F to C. For the price it is well worth it, but in my opinion, I would definitely try and get a size bigger than you think, you would think that maybe a 3L version is enough for your needs, but once you have a ultrasonic cleaner you will find bigger things to clean with it. Overall I am pretty satisfied with it, specially for the price, it works well and cleans well. ... show more

Bought it to clean parts. Worked ok the first two times but is extremely noisy. Used it three times total with water and a little simple green and on the third time i turned it off after a few minutes, ran to the store, and when I returned it no longer turned on. Lights up the power switch but the machine is dead. Of course its no longer returnable so Im stuck with it. ... show more

Excellent value for hobbyists and small parts. Does a great job with aqueous cleaners. Stainless construction makes it easy to keep clean. Works really well with 10 minute cleaning cycles and 30% solution of Super Clean and water with temperature set at 125 degrees.

I've been using this unit for about 2 months now and I'm super happy with the results. Heats reasonably quickly and does an amazing job of removing grease and dirt from carburetors and other parts. If a part is very dirty I prefer to use my regular solvent wash tank to get the worse of it. Then I degrease in this tank and watch the solvent and remaining dirt/grease disappear. The action literally causes oil and grease to explode away from the part. It's amazing to watch. I bought this excellent unit after having significant hassles with a different brand that rimes with DeeVOR. Their customer service was awful and I had to fight with them for a refund of their defective product that lasted less than 5 minutes. ... show more

Update: received a full refund from creworks. Company is responsive and does listen to it's customers ugh. I had bought the creworks 10L silver model just to find that the heater was wildly inaccurate, and took FOREVER to heat up, so I returned it. Bought this bigger 15L version with more features and a larger heater. worked fine for 3 small cleanings. heater was faster to heat, and was only about 4-5 degrees off from what was displayed when reached. I was fine with that. I do fragile low temp cleanings. today I turned it on to pre-warm it to 75F went to work on another project for about 30 min and then came back to check on the temp. Display said 75F I took of the lid and was met with a burst of steam! put my thermometer in it and the fluid temp was 160F+!!! and it was making a strange noise. Guess I can no longer trust this thing to not burn down my house or destroy my projects. Does anybody make one of these things that works correctly?? Guess Im going to have to spend twice as much on one that wont make me nervous every time I plug it in. These are not UL listed, so buyer beware ... show more
