    • Kind of a pain to assemble
This was kind of a pain to assemble, some of the holes were drilled incorrectly but it did finally go together. The sound dampening isn't really very significant but some, but better than that is that the sonic cleaner isn't overly loud in the first place.

It is noisy but that’s expected. Timer and temp function are digital and everything is easy to use! Just add water and dish soap and let it heat up

    • Creworks Soundproof Cover for Ultrasonic Cleaner - it does reduce noise enough!
The entire box is acrylic including the screws. I have found that acrylic screws fall out easily and strip easily so not impressed. The bottom is open, it takes patience to assemble, make sure you peel off the protective plastic on the panels. I put plumbers tape around the screws but you could use clear glue for acrylic materials. There are no acrylic handles but you can grab it from the bottom easy enough. It also comes with silicone corner bumpers to protect the edges. I put them on but not so sure they will stay put. It does reduce the sound of my ultrasonic cleaner. You can still hear my cleaner but it isn’t as annoying any longer. This is the best product I have seen so far that can reduce the noise. ... show more

I love when non-Scandic try the IKEA approach and fail. The materials sent or ok, until you realize that not all the holes have been threaded. The rubber corner things don't line up and are not made for this specific model (make a cutout for the screw at least). You include 3M doublesided sticky stuff. What's it for? Zero mention in the instructions and zero mention in the updated instructions found when scanning the QR code. As far as it working? I cannot really tell the difference,except the neighbors dog isn't barking now. Still loud in the garage. I won't use this in the house. ... show more

    • This is $20 bucks for what amounts to an acrylic box with holes in it.
This is $20 bucks for what amounts to an acrylic box with holes in it. You would do better to buy a rubbermade or sterlite box and cut a hole in it for the power cored and save yourself $15 bucks, it would probably work better too. It was a pain to get put together (but I managed it without breaking it so yay me!). It does look slick, but I don't find it changes the sound much, not that the sound was bothering me to begin with. ... show more
