The media could not be loaded. It seems like some of the other reviews didn't give the manual even a glance. It has all the instructions there for you to get it started. With that being said, this worked really well for jewelry and glasses. I did not realize how dirty some of our jewelry was until it came out of the ultrasonic cleaner. The glasses in the video is about the widest thing you can fit in there (~6 inches). I did not use a special cleaner solution, only water and dawn dish soap. I'm sure if you had a solution it would work the same or better. Pros: - Individual temperature and timer controls. Really let's you fine tune your options. - Stainless steel lid and enclosure, really easy to clean. - Smaller container included especially small jewelry pieces, earrings for example. Cons: - The cleaner beeps with every button press, and it is very loud. Also it beeps loudly on startup and shut off as well. It is nice to be able to hear it so you can walk away while it does it's thing. - The bowl is not removable. That means that you'll have to take the whole machine to the sink or wherever to dump the dirty water out. It is a little bit sketchy to me to be dumping water directly out from this machine with a built in power supply. Feels like a bad idea but should be fine as long as you're not submerging it in water. ... show more

I got the 6L unit because I wanted the extra space for larger items. I mainly use it for my jewelry and dental nightguard regular cleaning. I have only used a single drop of gentle dish soap with distilled water. My dental nightguard came out looking brand new after just one use! It worked so well. I was thoroughly impressed. My wedding ring usually doesn't come clean if I use a made for jewelry cleaner and a small brush to clean it manually because of the small size of the hole in the setting below the diamond. Just one pass with this unit, and my ring looked brand new! There are no instructions in the manual on what settings for heat and time you should use for specific types of items to clean. So, you'll have to guess at that yourself. I did some internet searching on their company site and online to see if I could find those numbers and was able to find what I needed. It is easier to heat up the water first before putting your items in and then set the timer. But, it still works if you put your items in immediately too. It was very well packaged, and quickly arrived with no damage. All the of the parts as pictured came with the unit as expected. The items is just as described here. I bought the VEVOR 15L. I ran it on a "twist-o-flex" watch band last night. It got all of the gunk out of the segments. That worked great so I ran it on a wrench set and they cleaned up nicely. I was just using Mr. Clean. I just used hot tap water and so didn't really test the heater. The noise wasn't as bad as I was expecting after reading the other reviews. It basically sounds like you're running water into a stainless steel sink, with an aerator on the spigot. It's actually a little bit louder with the lid on, so I left it off. CONS: I bought the model JPS-60A which is advertised as 15L, but with nothing other than the cleaning basket in the tank you can’t fit more than about 12L of fluid. (all the way to the brim) Max. Timer setting is only 30 mins. PROS: Excellent heat control up to the max. 80C and spot on with the current temp reading. However the heating element isn’t very big and you might be waiting a couple of hours if you don’t preheat the liquid but it works fine. Does a great job removing grease, grime, light surface rust and even mill scale using a detergent bath. (Simple Green) Easy to drain with attached 1/4 turn ball valve. Controls are membrane type push button but are intuitive, easy-to-read and precise. Well build stainless steel cabinet. ... show more

I got mine yesterday, 07/25/2023, and it works fine. I bought it to clean my bike chain only because I used to use Kerosene to do it and it smells bad and it is toxic so I decided to try an ultrasonic machine to eliminate that kerosine of my chain cleaning equation. It works fine. Chain comes out clean enough for me. It is not intuitive to use, example: there are TWO on/off buttons on the front panel, why?????? I pressed one only and it did not started, then I pressed both and it started!!!! Why two on/off buttons????? I used the machined 4 times because if you use the basket that is included, it does not do a good job. Just don't used that basket. Put your stuff in the machine without the basket ant it will do a good job cleaning it. Max temperature is 80 degrees Celsius only. I needed more than that. I needed at least something close to 100 degrees Celsius and that is why I had to used the machine 4 times to get that chain clean enough. I wax my chain and very hot water is needed to melt the old wax mixed with dirt from past rides. Just set it up to 15 minutes and 80 degrees Celsius and used it twice to get a good cleaning of the chain (put hot water from the tap inside it to begin with), it helps a lot). Otherwise, it works great! I hope it does not stop working suddenly as it happened to some people who reported it. I will let you know if its happens. In a nutshell, It works great, not awesome cleaning, but good enough! For the price I paid, it is a good deal. To finalize I would recommend you to read the instructions carefully because it tells you what NOT to do in order to NOT break it yourself. You can not drain the water immediately after it is finished cleaning for example, you can not turn it on and put water after it and so on... Just don't do what they tell you not to and the machine will last I think... Thanks and have a nice day! ... show more
