I bought 2 packages one had the 21 balloons. Colors were beautiful. Total of 25 balloons. 3 or 4 balloons didn’t complete deflate but just a bit. I had to use the straw that came with package to open the ballon for the electric balloon pump which worked great. The sticky tape did not work for me I tried 3 per ballon. And just ended up using scotch tape on the balloons connected with curling ribbon . I would buy again just wouldn’t waste my time with the sticky dots. ... show more
