This seems to be pretty well made which is surprising considering the cost. I've stayed away from the Craftsman brand for some time now because of quality issues. I may have to reevaluate that depending on how this performs over time. When I first got this I was a little surprised at how it looked and felt. The battery seemed to take a little longer to charge initially than I expected but held up well through some heavy use over about an hour. Time will tell. ... show more

Works great. Now I don't have to wait a little over an hour to charge a 2 ah battery. Charges a 2ah battery ind 30 minutes and a 4 ah in an hour. Nice upgrade.

My Craftsman battery stopped charging, but I wasn’t sure if the charger or the battery were to blame. This let me test both, and I figured I’d have a backup of one or the other. Turns out in my case it was the charger that somehow went bad, so I now have an extra battery, which is perfect.
