Just had them for a week now! These chairs are just as pictured! Love them. Easy to assemble, sturdy, and soft. Just moved into my new place and put them together so I can't tell how well they will hold up, however from what I can see, they are well built and not cheap looking at all. The legs are strong metal and the paint is not easily scratched where it would easily be damaged in the long run! For a set of 4 for $230, can't beat the price!! I am amazed by how beautiful these look! I've searched endesly for the right chairs to match my counter height table and these are perfect! For reference, my table height is 36" overall from floor to counter top and 33" from floor to bottom of table. These chairs measure 27" from floor to seat, leaving me with just enough room to sit comfortably with my legs underneath( and I have thick legs :). If you are looking for more leg room, I'd suggest purchasing a lower chair height. However, for me, these are perfect. Update: so I decided that Id prefer more leg room lol so I contacted the seller asking if I could return my recently purchased chairs and replace them with the lower height chairs of 24". I asked what their return policy was and if I needed to pay out of pocket to return the chairs. I got a response in like 2hrs. They told me that instead of me returning the chairs, they could just ship me out the 24" leg fitting and I could swap them out with the 26" that I had on them. I was like heck yeah! That would be amazing bc all I needed was lower legs! So now I'm waiting for my new legs to arrive. They even told me, I didn't need to return the legs that I had, and that I could keep them as spares! Plus they would ship the new legs free of cost! I mean, what GREAT customer service. Great quality product! The bar stools are sturdy and solid. Nice clean and modern finish. Took about 15 minutes to assemble one stool. Please note, the instructions did not match the stool. If use common sense, you can assemble. Flip the chair back over and add the 4 legs first. Add the square bottom base last. This was the quickest way to assemble. ... show more

These bar stools were as advertised and reviewed. They look terrific, I like the look of the legs and they are comfortable. With the ability to adjust the legs at the bottom it was easy to get them level. The camel color adds a little pop with my dark gray island and light countertop. The seats look well made, and are quite comfortable. Foot rests fall at a good point for resting comfortably and have not loosened at all after about a month with them in place. Attaching the footrest which was one piece was a little tricky by myself but when I used longer screws to hold the bar in place while I screwed the actual ones in place it went smoothly. Update: I finally received the part that I need to complete setting up my chairs! I couldn't use it when I needed them, but the seller got it right this time, and sent me the correct part. Thank you! The chairs are fantastic, sturdy and comfortable. I upgraded the stars to 4 because all the waste of time and the trouble it caused me, but I really appreciate it that they sent the right leg. Original Review: I ordered these chairs, and while the chairs itself are pretty, I only was able to set up three of them. One of the chairs came with a missing leg. I contacted the seller and specified in two different messages that the part missing was the leg with the number 5 on it, but they sent me two legs numbered 2,3 that I don't need! These legs come numbered for a reason; they all have different inclination and if you try to put a leg in a different pre drilled hole, it doesn't fit. Each leg's number goes on the specific pre drilled hole with the same number, no other leg is the same and cannot be used to replace another one. It is very disappointing and frustrating to pay for a set and not being able to use it, and what is worth the seller seems to ignore you or doesn't understand. The seller hasn't responded to my messages yet, I just want that specific part, and I don't understand why it's so hard for the seller to get it right. I'm getting more frustrated because I need these chair to be all set by this weekend and I don't have the right leg that I perfectly and clearly requested several times already. I would be more than happy to change the rate of this product as soon as I receive the right product (Part # 5 ), for now one star is all I can give. ... show more

I bought these for my new house, I opened the box today and one of them is damaged. I’m so sad because I was so excited for these because they’re so cute. Amazon is saying I can’t return them and that is not ok.
