This is a nice punching bag for exercise and for releasing anger. The reasons I gave 3 stars only are there is no attachment to the pump to pump the ball and the second is the bag is keep on unthreading from the thread. I have to buy crazy glue to apply on the thread so the thread won't come loose. The pump needle I have to buy also. They should include the pump needle and a lock washer for it to have the ball five stars. ... show more

The suction is great on a granite counter top, I don't know about other surfaces but that doesn't matter to me as it's placed where intended. The bag feels well made and can definitely take a punch. The one major issue I had with mine was the bag kept coming unscrewed from the spring after several punches. I did tighten it well with a wrench but it would still come loose. I added Gorilla glue to the screw threading, screwed it back in and let it sit overnight. I also wrapped silicon tape around the area where it's screwed in and it has not budged since. The manufacturer should add some type of nylon lock nut to keep it secure. I also added pipe foam insulation to the spring and wrapped it in electrical tape for cushion, this was my preference, not a manufacturer issue, maybe. The pump is cheap and feels like it's going to fall apart but it works, just use it slow and easy. That's it! ... show more

Bought this a stress relief. The bag itself is actually really good, however the suction cup is far from good. It will stick on an extremely smooth surface like a tile or glass but won't stick on a surface like a desk. Tried multiple desks and walls and just won't hold. I had to make a differnt base just to use.. should of returned, but honestly it was during the bust Christmas shopping g season and didnt want to face more lines..Buy the one with a clamp and save yourself time and headache. ... show more

It's probably worth noting this suction cup is very picky about what surface it will adhere to, which is why I'm knocking one star. Cleaning off the surfaces and wetting the suction cup, I only had the one smooth end table around here that maintains a strong grip, my desks were too textured for it (it would stick for a minute or two, but quickly separate), and other surfaces would risk pulling off their press board coverings. I had a moment of confusion looking for the pump needle when unpacking it, which is hidden inside the pump's handle. Since it's stuck to an end table, I've been kicking this instead of punching it, and it works great for this purpose. Don't need to worry about bruising or scraping skin, either, assuming you're already wearing shoes. Update: Learned a neat trick that I thought some people might like to know. If you put a layer of petroleum jelly onto the suction cup after the normal cleaning, it maintains a much stronger grip when applied to a surface. ... show more
