I got tired of my cheap stapler that simply doesn't work as it should. After printing my tax return for the year and knowing that I needed something better to hold the 35 plus pages together I ordered this one. Man, it does the job. One simple press, without excessive pressure, and the 1/4" staple went through the whole return of heavy weight paper like a charm, bottom points of the staple crimped to the center neatly and firmly like they're supposed to be. The stapler is solid, metal, has a nice weight but is not heavy, just right to do the job it's made to do. I like that it comes with 2 sizes of staples, 1/4" for normal work and 5/16" for thicker stapling jobs. Can't speak to longevity as I've only driven a couple of staples, but it feels solid and I expect it will perform for what I need it to do for a long time. Glad I spent a few bucks more than the cheapies and got this one. ... show more
