The stools are as pictured and described. They are soft and comfortable to sit in. I received 2 days sooner which was great. There was a very small stain on one chair but not very noticeable. Also I will say they were a pain to put together. I’m very handy and it took about an hour per chair to try to get the legs aligned so the stool wasn’t rocking back and forth.. all in all for the price this was a great buy .. no complaints I will see how they hold up. ... show more

So I buy a lot of furniture off of Amazon (end tables, patio furniture, mattress, headboard) and this was by far the hardest thing ever to put together. It did not go with the instructions. The foot rest was not the right dimensions for the legs so I had to have extra help from other people to make it work. We had to unscrew the bottom before we could put the foot rest on and then you can see in the pictures how one is slightly lower than the other. One wobbles too. The seats themselves are soft. I wish I would have just bought expensive stools rather than go through what I went through. ... show more

I made 3 orders which made 6 chairs in total. One chair arrived already damaged. The other set of chair has missing screws needed to build the chair. The seller was promised a new chair but instead sent a box of screws. When contacted again they said they couldn't replace the chair and offered just a $30 credit of the close to $400 i spent. So I have a brand new damaged chair, a box of screws, and a loss of my money. ... show more
