I have worked in several animal shelters and I have always adopted rescues myself and these collars are excellent for medium to large (or larger) dogs. Especially dogs that are strong and/or hard to control-these work great! This collar is very sturdy and this is not my first purchase of this brand I have made but this is the first picture I have posted here. This color is really pretty. I can't say anything bad about this collar. I got a hot pink one for my Ruby because she was pulling and choking herself on her old collar. It works awesome and she doesn't pull and choke anymore. I highly recommend this collar.
