The title is why it has 2 stars. The ice is flimsy melts basically as soon as it is made. If any sticks around once you put any liquid (even cold) over the ice it melts. The only way to keep the ice from melting immediately is to make it firm. The problem with that is my entire reason for the counter top maker is so I don't have to make room in the freezer.
