I love the size in and out, the ease of using, the lighting, etc. A little over a month it up and died for no reason, too late to send back to Amazon; but I called the 1-800 number in the book's manufacture warranty section. They had me cut the cord off and as soon as they received the cord and the serial sticker back, they sent us a brand new replacement. We could not have asked for better customer service!!! ... show more

It was a good price and the size I needed. My last one had a button to press for 30 seconds and if you hit the number 3 it would give 3 minutes. Lots of shortcuts. This one doesn't have those. I have to type out the 30 and hit start or 3:00 then hit start but it's no big deal. It's a microwave and works just fine. ... show more

Light enough for me to lift when needed; strong enough that my cats can jump from it to the top of the refrigerator (poor me). This is a good-looking microwave. It functions well, even for people like me who are bad with instructions. It's easy to clean. I use it more for popcorn, defrosting and microwave-only foods, so I can't report on actual cooking.     • Powerful and Nice Looking
This is a large microwave so if you have limited space it is not for you. If you are not worried about space then I recommend this microwave. I have owned it for about 2 months so I can't say if it will last an extremely long time but it is used daily. We use it for popcorn, warming drinks, cooking veggies, defrosting frozen meat, etc. I've also made Keto peanut butter fudge in this microwave and it did fantastic. I tend to wipe the microwave off inside and out with a plain paper towel and a little bit of vinegar. We did have one spill that splattered all over so I put some vinegar in a microwave safe cup and heated it for one minute, let set for a minute, and then wiped up the mess with no problems. It looks nice sitting on the counter and has been very easy to use. I would recommend this microwave and I have owned several over a lifetime....many I would not recommend even for the bare basics but this one is great for home use. ... show more

    • Not Durable-Broken in 2 Months
The media could not be loaded. I received October 4, 2018. I thought it looked nice and it worked well for a couple weeks. I started noticing the door release button would stay stuck in the engaged position (stuck in). I would be able to push or jiggle and it would disengage. It did not happen all the time, so I did not think it would continue to be a problem. Finally, on December 7, 2018, the door release button pushes in but does not open release the door. My microwave door no longer opens. Good thing there was nothing inside that will spoil while I send it back for a refund. Amazon customer support was on point and contacted the manufacturer. Unfortunately, their office hours were closed. Amazon offered to follow up on the call. I shared my concern about not having a microwave, so they offered a prepaid label to return and refund the cost of this microwave. I would not get this again and will avoid Westinghouse brand in the future. ... show more

This reminds of a microwave from the 1970s or 1980s. It works fine, the design is a little dated but durable. The door is loud and clunky. When in use it is loud. This microwave will be great for a commercial kitchen.
