This is a good looking stool. It was easy to assemble and is quite sturdy after assembly. The issue is that the seat is not very comfortable. It's quite hard and doesn't really have any give. I don't really like to sit on it. Maybe it will soften up over time.

When I opened the box, it didn't seem to be packaged very securely, and the legs were wrapped in some kind of gauze that felt like it had been dipped in chalk (if you have sensory issues, be warned....it made me want to wipe my hands every second). However, once everything was out of the box, it was SO easy to put together using the included tool. I followed the instructions to only tighten the screws to 70% until everything was attached, so everything fit and feels really solid (no wiggling or asymmetry), and all the screw holes were aligned and reinforced. It feels like a really nice, solid little chair - and compared to other bar stools, it's actually not that little in terms of width which is really nice for those of us who "spread" lol. Best of all, it works with our kitchen counter height-wise and leaves ample space for knees! Really happy with this bar stool and can't wait to buy 2 more and dump our old chairs! ... show more

This stool is really nice. I like the fact that it’s metal not wood. It can stand up to heavier weight and the foot rest won’t break. The brown seat it very soft and comfortable. The height is perfect for my counter, plus the feet are height adjustable. This is a very good stool. The only negative comment I have is the feet are plastic. When I sat down on the stool it slid on my wood floor. That can be dangerous for kids hoping up to sit on it or even adults. It’s possible for the stool to slide from under you before you sit on it. This would be better if the feet were rubber or some other material that doesn’t slide on bare floors. ... show more

Wow. This is incredibly easy to put together. It comes with everything you need. The packaging is compact and sturdy and it arrived with no damage. The seat is incredibly comfortable and feels very sturdy. It's also beautiful in it's modern simplicity. It looks exactly like the photo. Super attractive stool and very easy to assemble (it took me about 20 minutes). The instructions aren't the best, but it's pretty self-evident how to put it together. The legs are sturdy metal and the faux leather seat is cushiony and quite pretty. High recommend!

This stool is the perfect height to use with my counter-top height table, or to sit down on when I'm doing the dishes. It was very easy to assemble, taking me about ten minutes or so. I noticed that the inside of the metal has some surface rust. I am hoping that it doesn't impact the lifespan of the stool. Other than that, the stool is well-made and sturdy.
