Got 15 lb blanket. It is heavy and I am a smaller person. It is comfortable to use during the day when you want a feeling of security, warmth and comfort. I could not sleep with it. This was a gift for my son. Wow! It’s amazing! So soft, weight keeps him asleep longer. He loves it. I love it so much I’m getting one for myself. The only drawback was the pocket. We didn’t realize it was only for feet. However, we don’t care at all because it’s all-around just great.

I am so sad that I waited so long to join the weighted blanket trend. After a period of serious emotional turmoil I found myself with anxious insomnia, and when I did sleep, it was fitful and never for very long. Part of developing a healthy night routine and sleep habits was the inclusion of this weighted blanket! Maybe it's just the placebo effect, but when I pull this thing up (glad I've been working out bc lemme tell you that 15 pounds is heavy when you're tired!) and put on top of my other blankets, it's like my own little heavenly cocoon. the 60x80 fits my queen bed perfectly, with no drape over the edges to make it fall at night. I love the sherpa addition, it feels so luxuriously soft.
