We're using this as an indoor fridge in our Butler Pantry. We had a wine fridge - but it stopped cooling. We decided to replace it with a beverage cooler since we'd rather use it for cold drinks and leftovers. I was looking for something that was under $1000 and the temp went lower than 37F. Pros: Looks good - standard stainless steel. The quality seems on par based on the cost. I initially put the temp all the way down to 34F and it held it there without issue. So that's good. Cons: It's noisier than I would like. It's fine when the compressor is off, but when it kicks on, we can hear it in our living room. It's OK for now, but I'll probably see if I can replace the evaporator fan with a quieter one. Will likely void the warranty - but warranties are worthless on appliances anyway since they usually don't cover labor which is where all of the cost is. It was damaged/bent a bit in the back from shipping and one of the feet were bent slightly. I was able to bend it back in place and since it is in the back - it's not noticeable. Overall I'm happy. If it was quieter - I'd give it 5 stars. If you plan on using it outside - sound won't be an issue. ... show more

We recieved this 2 drawer fridge a few weeks ago. Like many other reviews it came with a dent in the front bottom grill and a dent on the bottom of the back of the unit. We are remodeling our kitchen, and we wanted to provide access to beverages without having to get in each other’s way in the kitchen. We plugged it in, and while it beeped it would not power on. We contacted the seller on Amazon, and Jet was wonderful at communicating with us. He had us video the unit, and he sent detailed direction to fix the unit which ended up being the interior power cord came unplugged during shipping. It has been running for a few days, and it keeps the beverages cold. Like many reviewers have stated - it holds a lot more drinks than you expect. As far as the sound - it is louder than I expected after reading so many reviews about the quiet hum. I’m wondering if possibly it has something else going on to make it louder than others claim. Jet is sending us a new grill for the front. He sent us the tracking number so that we can follow. His level of attention to our concerns is what customer service is all about. I wish that more sellers would take the time to make sure that their customers are completely satisfied the way Jet has done. The bottom line is that this unit was the best price I could find, and it has so far exceded my expectations. It looks very high end and looks very nice in our beverage & snack area. Found this at Amazon and it is exactly like the U-Line and has similar build quality and great warranty. I use it on a lanai so it’s partially outside. The door feels substantial and is auto closing. The slide out shelves are smooth and handy. Holds temperature very well and it’s well distributed- no warmer/colder areas. High quality look and feel -- almost commercial. More than enough beverages fit into the fridge including navy size 12 oz cans to all my various sizes of bottled beer and seltzers. Almost no sound until the fan starts.
