First things first. The charge on this thing lasts an incredibly long time. The feel/weight of the keys is terrific. Everything as described and better. Love the fold in half design. Even had outside during a campfire/bbq party. It was loud enough and durable enough for everyone to have fun with it. This was a happy purchase. This was on my wishlist and a family member actually bought it for me so I feel like I shouldn’t complain…but I want to be honest for anyone else who’s thinking about getting it. My first criticism has to be the sound. So many of the instruments on there sound very very little like what they’re supposed to be. The piano choices aren’t horrible, I’m just used to a real piano and the piano in Garage Band. Speaking of Garage Band, that’s the main reason I even wanted this! But after connecting through Bluetooth, the microphone on my phone picks up background noise so I don’t know what’s so special about the Bluetooth feature. The instructions didn’t help any. Which leads me to my next criticism: trying to navigate the controls! The instructions tell you how to change settings and record and all that, but they’re annoying to me. 🤷🏻♀️ Wish there were more buttons so you didn’t have to press and hold for one option or short press for the other, and so forth. Another part that’s a huge bummer to me is the sustain pedal. It keeps slipping out from underneath my foot as I’m playing. It also doesn’t sustain until a complete fade out; it sustains for a few seconds and then cuts off. So I can’t hold the note for as long as I want! (UPDATE: The pedal has stopped working entirely.) I’m just disappointed that someone actually spent this kind of money on me and the keyboard isn’t very amazing. I have had some fun with it. And when kids come over they can have some fun with it, too. But the volume doesn’t go as low as it should, either. It’s also just kind of a weird feel because when you’re trying to roll through the different tones or adjust the volume, if you go too fast it won’t really adjust. And to go up one level, the button has to turn 2 “clicks” instead of one. Idk it’s just annoying. It could have been designed much much better and not cost as much as it did. I’ll need to just learn how to be content with it. (UPDATE: Now the piano is making weird noises when I press the keys - like static and weird stuff. I was content enough while it lasted.) ... show more

Bought this as a Christmas gift and upon first opening the travel case zipper was broken. On one end totally broken off and the other zipper that wasn’t broken, was off track so basically no use. But since it was minimal I decided to still gift it since it was too late to return before the holiday. TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE… the “piano/keyboard” was broke immediately when popping it closed to try and play. The middle piece popped right out and w plate broke right off. And to add cherry on top - it won’t come ok smh… I’m so disappointed and frustrated I don’t know what to say. It was the anniversary to my fiancé playing but ALSO Christmas. Such an embarrassment that I gifted something that doesn’t even work. :( shame on you for selling poor quality products in this recession ... show more

    • Operations instructions are not exactly clear and takes a couple try’s to get it right.
It seemed a good choice for a beginner to learn piano because it has a full 88 keys and it is foldable and easy to take with me any where

    • Convenient, but not the best

While the 88 keys, music stand, pedal, and foldability are nice, the sound is quite disappointing if you’ve played on any other type of electric keyboard or piano. Great for beginners but quickly can become frustrating, as the weighted keys don’t act as expected either.
