I was so nervous about buying this, because I am 68 years old, 5’1”, with a bad back. I have no faucets that easily hook up to anything and was worried about the cord, and the hose. But I absolutely love it! I ended up buying a funnel for $1.98 and putting it on the end of the hose and attaching it to my showerhead with hair ties. I saw a YouTube video with someone doing that. It worked like a charm. Now I don’t have to fill buckets. I store it in my closet on a flat dolly that I made myself with a wire rack and some rolling wheels. I roll it into my tiny bathroom and only need to lift it 1 foot length into the shower, (I use a rubber mat to save any friction damage on shower stall and catch any lint that escapes) I attach the hose/funnel to the showerhead and it fills beautifully! It does quite a bit of laundry (18 lb capacity) and spins it almost dried as advertised. I did my first set of thick towels - 2 big and 2 hand and 4 wash cloths at once). They dried not as fluffy as a dryer but they are clean and just fine! It’s not that loud. It seems sturdy, and is easy to move. The draining of water is slow and steady — I was afraid of gushing. After my washing machine broke, I looked into both repair and replacement. I did one load by hand in the tub. It was worth a try. I got to feel like someone who lived in the world before all these electronics, but skip that on a regular basis. I figured I'd give this a try. The cost of a washing machine was way too much. The same with repair. The first time I used this, I noticed it actually did a better job than my washing machine. I'm only guessing here, but it's because there's no beater bar. So while you drop the clothes in from the top, it kind of give front loader washing action. It's light. Easy to set up. I just fill it with my shower hose. The hose they provide looks like it could be dicey if ya had to use the sink. If ya don't have a shower hose, using a bucket to fill it would probably be easier. Anyway, it also spin dries better than my washing machine. In addition to my washing machine clunking out, my dryer is also very old and on its last legs. My dryer dries clothes from this in one cycle. With my washing machine it needed two. This gets my clothes dry enough that when my dryer does finally go, I'm just getting a drying rack to hang my clothes. The only down side is the size. I do miss being able to do one load every 2 weeks. Yea, I mix clothes, towels, sheets, etc all in one load. If I stay on top of things and do a load every 4-5 days or so, it's fine. If I wait until I run out of socks and underwear, it seems like it's a LOT of laundry. Then it becomes doing 3 loads, without including towels or sheets. Saying that in a way it's on me to stay disciplined. I'm not blaming this beauty of a machine any with the above statement. Another thing this would be good for is truck drivers. I used to be an over the road driver. Rather than using a laundry mat, have this in your truck. Get a hotel every week or so and use this. Make sure ya have a drying rack too. ... show more

its small but man let me tell you this thing is awesome. washes great and fits more than you think it should. i washed 8 pairs of mens basketball shorts and they fit with room to spare.. Then washed 9 xl mens heavy tshirts they came out nice and clean and smelled great.. the spin side mannn the power in this thing.. spins clothes so fast that they come out a lil damp more on the close to dry side.. I highly recommend this if you have a small apt or for a kid in a dorm room this thing is worth every cent.. so easy to use and doesnt take up alot of space. we put it in the tub and let it do its thing.. quiet and fast.. cleans just like a big washer.. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Delights: - Light enough to pick up and move when it's not in use. - Cleans as well as a standard washer. - Spin dryer works *better* than a standard spin cycle, and clothes will dry very quickly after. - Super easy to learn how to operate. - Can fit a decent amount of lightweight clothing. (See Pic 2, shows most of what I fit into one wash cycle) Disappointments: - I CANT BELIEVE NO ONE MENTIONED THE VIBRATION. See my attached video. When I run the spin cycle, this thing vibrates my entire studio apartment, and my next door neighbors were so disturbed by it I caught them trying to look through my window to see what was going on. I'm genuinely concerned someone's going to report me to management, as this is a very quiet small building with a low tolerance for anything that disturbs the peace. In the video, the machine is sitting on a set of anti-vibration pads & roughly 1.5 inches of yoga mat, and I could still feel the floor shaking across my apartment. I have added a second set of pads & am exploring other ways to kill the vibration so I can keep using this powerful little machine. - Due to thin walls & a small tub, I can't use this in my bathroom. Really wish it had a pump for the drain, so I could just set it in front of my kitchen sink. Instead I have it setup to one side of my kitchen, and I use a mop bucket to fill & drain it. To fully drain it, I have to empty any clothes out and then pick up the whole machine so gravity pulls the rest of the water out through the hose, since my buckets a little too tall. I love this little machine. I finally used it after 2months. The spin cycle tirs dripping wet clothes into a short air dry time. I was upset at first because of the tubing but don’t let that stop you. It does not fit a fancy faucet . Just used my shower head to fill up. The machine is awesome. Noise level is low. I don’t consider it to be noisy at all. No issue with overheating at this time. The water heat depends upon you. Durability only time will tell.
