The cables could be sleeved to finish the quality of these fans, instead ugly looking cables that need to be sleeved and heat shrinked.

Aside from how much these things cost, the quality and overall build of these fans have been absolutely worth the money. The oomph they deliver when I need them and the ZzZ's they deliver when I don't make these a must have for any avid pc gamer. The setup is pretty tricky, especially with the extremely uninforming manual the fans come with.. but thankfully in my case, I had the commander pro from my h150i capellix already installed so it was as easy as plug and play. Unfortunately that can't be everybody's scenario so that's where I give my warning, if you don't know what you're doing, then I recommend you either have a 10/10 guide ready, a friend or someone who knows what they're doing help you, or simply don't do it at all because there's a big chance you can seriously damage your pc if you mess up in the slightest and with how expensive and rare parts are these days, that's the last thing ya need. Nevertheless, these fans are amazing, I got a thunderstorm inspired rgb theme going on, I love it, I love corsair and they'll always have a customer in me. ... show more

    • Quality Control from Corsair?
I really like these 140's I added them to my Kraken AIO, the only downside I have isn't with this product necessary but with CORSAIR. I also have the LL120's in my case and the color of the 140's is not the same as the 120's which gives it a weird look inside my case if they are all matching.

Honestly I was a little skeptical about this product. One, because some of the reviews stated issues and I am brand new to pc building and 2 because I was not sure if I would be able to properly install it into my pc and go through so much trouble shooting. I actually had a 120mm Corsair exhaust fan and wanted it to light up but didn’t have the RGB hub so I went ahead and purchased this product. I should’ve gone for one with 120mm because they are also bulkier but I managed to get them installed and still slide my cables through. Honestly it’s not too bad to assemble, I did have to go online and watch some videos but didn’t seem too stressful. The cables were a bit long for mine and I already don’t have lots of space but was able to manage with some zip ties and moving and excess cable exposure out the way. The lights on this is great, software takes a little bit of learning and at first I had trouble getting my fans to the default color I wanted but like I said, only takes some troubleshooting. Not too bad of a product, noise is not really loud I have yet to test it for my pc but I can’t really hear much of it. I don’t think I would buy these separately unless I would add more fans or even Corsair ram to make it more worth the software install. ... show more

Only complaint is the software for the fans sucks and isn’t what I expected but the color is really bright for only two 140mm fans I planned on buying 3 more 140mms for the top and back but I don’t need them

These look great, and cool my PC. CPU runs at about 65 C and GPU 65 C during heavy gaming sessions. The instructions suck. Make sure you connect all lighting cables to the hub and also each fan connects to the motherboard directly. The fans technically connect to the motherboard motherboard multiple times. Each one direct to the motherboard, then the hub connects via USB. ... show more
