I’ve had this cooler for about 4 months now and it’s safe to say it runs like a champ. The customization in icue has tons of lighting options and great temperature control. It’s very quiet and runs a little over 2000 rpm at 30c to 60c while gaming. This is definitely the best cooler for your money.

    • Larger than you might expect

This cooler is both pleasing to the eye and powerful. The fans run well and stay quiet when they aren't needed to run hard. Installation was very easy despite this being my first build. My only issue I ran into was one of the fans ran into my memory sticks. My build was in a Corsair 4000D with a Asus Tuf gaming x570 motherboard and Corsair Vengeance pro RGB memory and the H115I version of this cooler. I installed the CPU cooler on the top brackets and found that one of the fans would not go into place with my memory sticks installed. I had hoped that I would be able to find an AF140 Slim model of the fan (product comes with an AF140 fan) but learned that corsair only makes slim models of the AF120. I ended up being able to cut out two slots from the fan so my ram could go in without compromising the integrity of the fan or causing any other issues. While this did work, I might have preferred going with the H100i model that uses AF 120 fans and purchasing one AF 120 slim to ensure it would fit correctly. ... show more

    • A great CPU Cooler

Update: I received the replacement CPU Cooler from Amazon. Their Customer service was incredibly helpful and professional. I still do not trust the iCue software, it is a buggy mess. The Firmware update may have had something to do with the failure of the last. I am not 100% sure. Beware of installing it. There should be a way to manually download and install the firmware from the Hex file, but I will have to research. As far as the "Used Like New" I would recommend caution, The reviews on those were sparse. The replacement was a brand-new unit still factory sealed. Original review below. Just to preface, I am an experienced IT professional. I took every precaution when installing the unit. It went in pretty smoothly and everything looks fantastic. It was great until I turned it on and it immediately started blinking red. The error shows that the "pump failed". My suspicion is a firmware issue, but it is a true pain to get the firmware to update through the iCue software. I already knew I didn't like their software from my Wife's build with the H100. The firmware shows as being updated, but there is no such hex file. Buy this with caution. Will try again, and will update this if all goes well. I purchased this as one of their "Used - Like New" units which I have had great luck with in the past. This has made me very hesitant to buy again but I truly love Corsair equipment, they build quality. ... show more

    • Cools well, weird flickering issue.
This product works. I don't have many issues with the item the ones I do I will address. Pros: pretty, works well, mostly silent Cons: can be difficult to install on your own, mine has a high pitched noise under heavy load though I have contacted Corsair support and they are helping me. The other thing is my ml fans flicker- like the rgb just randomly and quickly turns completely off and then turns right back on- I've had psu issues too, so it is possible it's that. Will update when I get my new psu if that fixes it. Update; got my new psu fans still flicker- be warned when buying used, definitely upsetting for how much it cost, but not too mad because fans still work but definitely upsetting. Second update; fan flickering issues were the icue software itself, working well without it installed! My unit was not bought new, it was referbished so your experience may be different. ... show more
