These look awesome once they are put in. This is my first time installing hard tubing. PMMA tubing take alot of heat to make these bends. It only took 2 tubes for my build but I ended up wasting 1 of them being my first time. Do not try to use cutters on these, They will break and not cut it. You can score the tube and then it should break along the line. ... show more

More difficult to bend compared to PETG tubing or 12mm Acrylic due to the thicker wall, it takes a lot of patience and a quality heat gun to heat up and bend properly, but well worth the effort. The frosted finish doesn't get distorted or changed at the bends either. I'd always choose Acrylic over PETG for Acrylic's higher heat stability, I've seen too many horror stories of PETG deforming and leaking when the coolant gets too hot, Acrylic will handle at least 10c higher temps than PETG. The media could not be loaded. This was my first time working with acrylic (only made one loop before, and that was with petg which deformed over time). Just needed to heat it a bit longer to make the bends and all was well.

    • Shatter easily
When using the pipe cutter that spins around, these shatter easily. Couldnt imagine using the grip cutters. Also burn and bubble a lot easier than other tubing Ive used. Update, have had these tubes crack clean in half, worst quality I've ever seen!
