I literally just got this in the mail, opened it, and jumped on right away. I went for about 20 minutes, which was surprisingly tiring. First of all, the package was perfect and the product was brand new out of the box. Second, mine doesn’t squeak at all and is actually incredibly quiet. Third, this thing is STURDY and I’m 220+ lbs. A lot of other companies’ products are cheap plastic and rubber, which degrade and break easily. This one is solid wood and just an overall excellent quality. When using it, I can truly feel my core and legs burning, which is a great sign that it actually works. Add some hand weights and you’ll have a pretty solid full body workout! I’m trying to drop some significant fat and increase muscle. At first, I wanted a walking pad, but decided they were too expensive and I don’t have room for one. I found this while researching inexpensive at-home workout equipment that’s compact, works, and is affordable. Best $40 I’ve ever spent. I can use this while watching a movie or tv, listening to music or a podcast. You can tailor your workouts by standing up straight (easy), squatting (more difficult), or doing something in between (moderate). Also, the size and shape makes it super easy to store and the rubber mat it comes with is just an added bonus. ... show more

This is sturdy and durable, and the rubber mat helps keep the twister stable. The only thing is that it squeaked so loudly and shrilly that it scared all my pets into hiding, but after some WD-40 and several days of use, it finally quieted down.

I love this thing. When I was a little girl, my mom had a home-made one that she purchased from her hairdresser. I inherited it as a young adult and used it daily (18 inch waist) : ) After three children, I was so busy that I forgot about it (27 inches now!) By the time my middle got a few inches bigger, I couldn't locate in the basement where I thought I'd packed it away. After my oldest grew up, married, and had children of his own, he finally admitted letting a long ago girlfriend have it. : ( I've bought plastic ones that were pitiful. I'm so glad I found this one.
