  • INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS: Inside mount requires at least 2" window frame depth and the horizontal blinds width should be at least 1/4" less than the frame width. For outside mount, just choose blinds that are 4" wider than the frame.
  • EASY TO MAINTAIN: The mini blinds for windows have a clean look and fit with any home improvement. Thanks to the unique metal material, daily care is very convenient, just use cold water or a soft brush to clean the dust.

I have corner kitchen windows and need corded blinds in order to operate- otherwise i would have to crawl up on the counter to fully open the new"push up" blinds. I have an odd size opening, wasnt sure what size to get. i contacted the company and got a response within minutes on what size to buy. they were very attentive offered to tell me what size to buy if i sent them the window size which i did. they came very quickly. the quality is great! Luckily i was able to use the old brackets that were already installed from old blinds with a few modifications ( since there was too much 'wiggle room' in the bracket i just cut a wine corks and used it as a spacer -i expected that since the new blinds were a slightly smaller width that originals). The new bracket hardware looks crazy and i lucked out that i could use the old. Since my old bracket hardware is getting old i ordered new ones off of amazon for a few dollars and will install those to replace the older ones. I am going to order a second pair just to keep on hand, hopefully these will last for many years! ... show more

    • A CORED blind. Just what we needed!

A corded miniblind! Just what we needed!!! These blinds were fairly easy to install. They are perfectly as described. Very happy with looks and function. A few of our windows are high and not easy to get to. We need to have miniblinds with cords on them so we can lift them completely up when needed. We don't have the reach to use the miniblinds without cords. We would never be able to fully open them. If we could push them up, we would have to get a ladder to try to get a hold of them to pull them back down without a cord. One complaint. The price. It was way too high. Almost triple the price of ones without cords. I guess this is due to the fact that miniblinds are not made with cords anymore. ... show more

Stores no longer stock affordable mini blinds with pull cords because of the understandable risk of strangulation with small children. The problem is that the recent laws banning pull cords make no exceptions for households with no children. For our house, we cannot use mini blinds without pull cords since the blinds descend into a spot on the window sills where they cannot easily be grasped and lifted. These mini blinds are well-made and much more affordable than previous custom-made corded blinds were. And they also fit right into the brackets I installed for other blinds years ago. Easy unpack, slide into the brackets, trim the cord to a usable length and it’s ready to go! ... show more

I have a sun porch that has 11 windows. I previously had vinyl blinds which looked fine but after a few years the blinds became droopy in the middle from the heat that 11 windows can generate. It was time to replace the blinds but I didn't want the new cordless blinds due to some reviews I've read. I found the HIDODO blinds on Amazon & ordered 3 in my 1st order. I left the brackets up from the old vinyl blinds so installing the new blinds was very easy. From the reviews I've read the new brackets didn't get favorable reviews. I ordered the remaining 9 blinds since I was satisfied with the 1st order. The blinds are made very well & the porch looks very nice & I shouldn't have any more sagging problems with the new aluminum blinds. ... show more
