I have arthritis or carpal tunnel pain (undiagnosed), which is palm and thumb pain that curls my fingers at times and cramps up my hand. I play a lot of video games, so a non-bulky glove was a must. Desktop wrist pads hindered my mouse movement. This glove helped a LOT with the pain and barely hindered me at all. I just got the package today, and already my thumb feels better. I give these gloves 4-stars: I was skeptical about these copper products, but these gloves do soothe the muscles in my hands. They do not perform miracles, but after wearing them overnight, the muscles in my hands are more relaxed and less sore. My word of caution: my pair have already torn at a seam. I have pretty big hands and wish a XXL size was offered. It is possible for me to get these gloves on and off, but apparently I need to be more careful than I have been and it's a bit of a pain. More stretch or XXL would be welcome. ... show more

Updated: Oct 9, 2018 Customer service contact me and sent me replacement gloves in a better size. Customer service is excellent. The new pair fit better. I wear them all the time, even kayaking. Days when I forget to wear them are extremely uncomfortable, which is how I know how well they work. Frankly, I can't go without them if I need to use my hands. Mine last 5 months or so before I need to get another pair, and that is with heavy use doing things like kayaking, gardening, and housework. -----original review--- I got these because I have a lot of discomfort and pain in the area of my thumbs and wrists (due to old injuries). I haven't had the issues with the rubber strips wearing off or the fingers fraying, and I wear the gloves almost every day. However, although I've tried these and just about every other product out there to help my hands, I honestly can't notice any difference. I wear them, however, because the pads of my hands at the base of my thumbs have grown extremely sensitive, especially to any rubbing, and wearing these gloves keeps that area from being too sensitive and irritating. I also like them when I'm doing activities such as kayaking and pushing a lawn mower, since the gloves keep me from getting blisters. So while they don't really do anything for my arthritis or pain, they do keep me from getting blisters and from being irritated when the base of my thumbs touch or rub over a surface. Personally, it is my opinion that copper products are more of "mind-over-matter" thing. Maybe if you truly believe they will work, they might. Maybe my belief simply isn't strong enough. In any case, the gloves really don't have any impact on the arthritis itself, but they do have other benefits, as I've stated above. And the fact that they help me avoid blisters make them worthwhile for me to wear them. One last note: the fit seemed a little on the large size through the palm area. So if you are between sizes or not sure, I would err on the side of getting a smaller size than you think you should wear. I was right on the edge between medium and large, so I got large. I should have gotten the medium to have the full compression effect across the width of my palm. The fingers and wrists, however, were suitably compressed. ... show more

I wish I had knew this existed when the chronic pain began but the quality could be better. The picture is the first time I put it on and it wasn’t caused by the pulling. I’ve had it for 2 days now and although it helps the pain, I don’t foresee these gloves lasting much longer. They fit just tight enough but not too tight but the material is so thin that it just continues to rip apart. Long story short, it works but expect to have to repeatedly purchase multiple pairs…I am looking for a different brand/glove now. ... show more

Open the package and what was in it looked ridiculously tiny. I wear a max wrist brace on both hands that weigh quite a bit more. So pulled the copper fit on and the compression felt very good right away. Wore them to bed that night, much more comfortable for sleeping than the braces. I would recommend. ... show more

Love that these provide compression and support without the bulk or feeling like it’ll cut off circulation. However as many others have noted, durability is iffy. I work in healthcare and was able to pull nitrile gloves on/off over this with no issue, but after 3 long days of doing this at work, it did feel as if the compression wasn’t as supportive anymore. Also noted that if you do happen to get them wet, it does take a while to dry. ... show more
