The attachment points are securely covered with shrink-tubing, and the hardware is sufficiently strong. Love these bands for PT. They are just like the ones my physical therapist uses. Easily work with any door with hinges…no construction. Easy and fast set up and take down. Take up little space and come with multiple resistances. Well made !

:update: The owners re sent me new resistance bands and these do stretch past my shoulders. These resistance bands are nice, the cover on the rubber makes them more resistance to weather conditions. The cons: after owning several resistance bands these do not offer enough resistance for heavy lifting on the go. I recommend regural bands for that. You can double the bands to ad more resistance but these bands stretch slightly different than regular bands. The cover tends to get stuck in the feet making one side stretch more than the other. Pros. The cover offers plenty of options for use and not be concerned as to where the bands are being anchored at. It is good for toning, aerobics and cardiovascular training. -----------------------

If you are looking for good resistance bands for your workouts but don't want to spend a lot of money on brand names, these are a MUST. I bought these due to other bands snapping and getting hit by it. I can workout comfortably knowing these won't do that with the nylon covers to protect you from it. The different colored bands help figuring out what weight resistance you want to work at unlike others that just say light, medium, heavy. Been using them for a couple of weeks and still going no band snaps or breaks. They do put your body to work, my only issue is the handles are a bit small if you have big hands, but a simple handle swap out is all you need. The price isn't bad either and I paid more for others that broke after a few a workouts!

The product is nice, however, it does NOT include an instruction manual nor is it emailed to you after purchase. **2nd Update** Customer service was exceptional with this company. They sent me the manual in a pdf format once they discovered I did not have power point. They continued to follow through until I was 100% satisfied. And I can finally say that I am! Thank you for your dedication to make things right! **Update** I have changed my rating because the company contacted me and stated the workout manual may be requested from them directly at the email address they provide in their picture (number 5) above. My mistake, I overlooked that. I sent them a direct email requesting the manual - they responded with an email containing a link for what appeared to be a power point presentation. I do not have Power Point so I can not access the manual. They were kind and willing to help. So far we are pleased with the purchase, it seems to be sturdy and well made. We will have to find access elsewhere for a manual or just continue to be creative as we have been doing.

I have spent many years weight training. These are some of the nicest exercise bands I have used by far, and I have used many different brands over the years! These bands are very well made and the handles and ankle straps are durable and comfortable. I really like the clips on the end, it will be easy to change them out quickly and allow for multiple strap use. As far as longevity.. we shall soon see. I like that they are wrapped, however I am not sure how to check for wear and tear. I think that if they do snap that the nylon wrap should protect you from getting injured. I plan on using these at work for lunch break express workouts and down time. GREAT VALUE for a total body workout !!

Well, the product is fine, you have to chase down the E guide manual for exercises. I have been unsuccessful in obtaining a printable version. When inquired, they send an email with a PowerPoint yet you cannot print it and then it disappears via email. I have tried several times since receiving the initial email, and now the address is under deliverable. Because the return date has expired, Amazon does not offer contact seller information. Very disappointed and worn newbies to exercise to not purchase this product.

These are definitely an improvement over the older style where you could see the tubing and it would get cut or snap you in an inconvenient area. However, this product isn't perfect.... Here's what I would say could make it better: 1) Color code the bands logically, where the color gets more severe as the resistance increases. Right now, I have to continually read the little tag to find a higher or lower resistance band. 2) There are five bands and four handles. Sure would be nice to have a fifth handle. 3) If you want to do single arm exercises, these should be fine. However, you're trying to do double arm raises, the bands are just too short and offer too little stretch. You can overcome this by clipping two different bands together, but of course the resistance is unequal. 4) My guess is that these won't last too, as the clips are dainty and the foam on the grips doesn't seem like it will last. Hopefully, I'm wrong. I was going to return them, but then I saw that the price of one high quality band was about the same price as this whole set, so I decided I better remind myself, "You get what you pay for" and I will buy one high quality band and supplement with this set.
