The product is not the shape and size of the mask photo used to sell it. I posted the actual shape and posted the screenshot of the ad listing. I chose this because it looked to cover much more space than the other shaped options, and that it would cover more of my face. It is a tight, stiff feel so it does not easily form along the face. I've tried two of these and had to send them both back. They're super comfy and work super well for about a month, but both of mine sprung leaks at the part of the mask that sits atop the bridge of the nose. That area NEEDS to be reinforced somehow, it's definitely a problem.

I received the Hangover Mask in early Feb 2020. I used this product a few times that month and then maybe once or twice the next few months. Today I got to grab the mask and I immediately notice I have the blue solution on my hands. As you can see, there is a hole on the top seam, directly above the bridge of the nose. While I was preparing to write this review, I noticed that others had written about similar experiences. I did purchase a similar mask for my GF at the time (Orgin Cure Gel Beads). I just checked her mask for any signs of distress and luckily it is all good. This mask was great for the >5 months and >10 uses but it should last longer (I my opinion). ... show more

Mine came completely exploded and the blue goo went everywhere. The company didnt ship it with any sort of protection or anything. The product was also horrible quality aside from the damage. There was no professional presentation or anything. I purchased a different face coolant mask and it was 1000x times more professional and quality. Avoid this one! ... show more

Good overall surface contact, generally comfortable, eye-holes well positioned and the velcro-strap keeps the mask in place. Only real negative for me personally is that it really doesn't hold the cold very long. Roughly five minutes is the best one can expect before the combination of body-temperature and room temperature neutralizes any effective chill of the mask. (But to be honest, I think that is a physical limitation of most gel-masks in general.) ... show more

I can't strap this around my face without it cutting up my nose from the plastic edge. The eye holes are difficult to see through as well. I just push it against my face when I'm laying in bed at this point.

I have used this mask for several months now. As other reviewers have stated, It is not that cold and it doesn't fit around the eyes well. However, what really bothers me is the inability to see through the small opening to do something like read when I drink my coffee in the morning. I do realize that the mask was probably designed to be used by a person is only going to lay there and moan about their hangover, and maybe it works okay for that, but I would definitely want it to be colder. However, I would not order this mask unless you are okay with not being able to see well while wearing it, other than to squint to see what time it is. ... show more

I bought the mask from "First-Option Products" via amazon. The mask I received looks exactly like the mask pictured with the black outer border. When I wear the mask with the headstrap just snug enough to hold the mask on my face the mask leaves dents on the bridge of my nose and on both my cheeks after wearing the mask for 15 minutes. 15 minutes of wearing is when the coldness from the mask goes away after removing it from sitting overnight in my refrigerator. No matter how I adjust how the mask sits on my face it always leaves dents on my face. Also, the mask doesn't make sufficient contact under the area below my eyes, which is what I want to mask to primarily make contact with. ... show more
